I hated the up selling. My carpet wasn’t dirty with spots it just had a smell from a small little water leak. I had that cleaned and it still smelled after $120 later.
The employees are great, and their follow through is wonderful

Excellent service, very careful and considerate with protections on walls, etc. Great job and drys fast and always looks good. I have used them 5-6 times and will continue. These guys are the best and my carpet always looks brand new. You might get cheaper, but you won't get better. You get what you pay for. Use these guys, I love them.
Im impressed with the technicans that came. They were friendly, clean and thorough. They explained what they were going to do and why. They worked extra hard on the spots and stains.
