Our technician really took care to follow Covid safety protocols in our home. He very thoroughly cleaned our carpet. We absolutely love Zerorez and how well our carpets are always cleaned by them. Won’t ever go anywhere else.

The service I received from Zerorez was excellent. The technician was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He explained the process and answered all my questions very thoroughly. My carpets had not been professionally cleaned in about 10 years and they came out looking like new. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone needing their services.

I had them come to take out stains. The stains are all still there and they up charged me 200 dollars. I would like someone to come out and remove the stains and refund the up charge. Thank you.
