The technician was nice, and the job seemed good. I told him about a blood spot that happened the night before. It seemed to take care of it, but 12 hours later it had come back and was more noticable.

I have had other carpet cleaning companies clean my carpets and then called Zerorez to come back through and go over the stains the others could not get up and they got up the stains with one pass of their cleaner.

We thought we would try zerorez for the first time in our home. Your service was overpriced, and that’s okay if it wasn’t poorly delivered.

Quick drying, no chemicals, no residue

We appreciated the competent and courteous manner of the technicians. They were also on time and were thorough in their tasks. Our carpets and couches looked great, smelled great and left no lingering soapy residue or smells. Great crew, great product!

The techs were very efficient and polite. They wore protective masks and feet covers. The residual water seemed a bit much, but it dried in a day and I think it looks a lot cleaner. I am happy all the way around.
