I loved the cleaning, I thought I would have to throw away my sofa because it was so dirty but it is perfect, I would highly recommend, and will recommend them to all of my clients!

I would like technicians to be able to recognize that their job he/she did was not finished or that his/her equipment was faulty. My carpet was left with dirty stripes. I appreciated that the office sent someone back out to get the stripes out of my carpet.
I was kept informed as to when the technicians would arrive.

It was done quickly and thoroughly.
The technicians were very polite and efficient and did a great job of cleaning our floors.
The booties worn were half on half off. And it was raining. Did not offer drying time info. nor what to do for follow up, if anything. They were polite, however, were not very engaged on info. Carpets do look nice. Thanks for asking. First name removed
My rug looks beautiful except for the blood stains that I hoped you could remove. I called and asked about blood removal and was told your equipment could do it but even with effort from the technician it wouldn't come out. I am pleased with the regular cleaning but not the stains.

There was still a lot of walking trails visible in the carpet and the middle of the stairs were soaked and remained wet for 3 days afterward.
Ryan and Zane were prompt as scheduled and did an excellent job cleaning all areas as I had requested! I will definitely be calling them for my next cleaning and refer them to my friends and family.

It truly is a process that leaves carpets clean without a residue. I like that it dries fast and doesn't feel really wet for days afterward.
One negative is that we didn't receive the promised phone call 30 minutes before the technician arrived. Fortunately, we were ready. The technician was personable, friendly and thorough.

Great service! The technician explained everything clearly and even helped us understand how older carpets respond to light, stains, and cleaning. The cleaner was on time and professional. I would definitely call Zerorez again AND recommend them highly.

I was very pleased with the technician, Conrad. He knew what he was doing and was not put out when I asked him if it was possible to add a few extra jobs to the original job. I also like how chemicals are not used, and impressed with the final look.
