The young man that cleaned our carpets was competent and very nice.
The carpet came clean and I thought it wouldn't.
That it is has no harsh chemicals but does a great job.
I had my 5 X 8 throw rug also cleaned and he took it out to dry in my backyard and laid the carpet on two piles of poop !! Also, he never spot cleaned my stains. I have had better cleaners in the past.
figure out how to remove grease stains!

The dry time and the cleanliness of my carpets when they were finished. Our service tech was also fantastic and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
The technicians are fast, friendly, professional and courteous. My carpet is cleaner and softer than with any company I have ever used and it stays that way longer. I will never use conventional carpet cleaning again! I recommend you to others all the time!

There were small strips of my carpet that apparently did not get cleaned properly.
Give correct price quote when customers call in. I was not told that I would be charged $15 for landing on my stair case.
Your guy was friendly and professional. The carpets look great. Service was really good.
You might want to look at the truck he was driving though. It leaked oil on my driveway. Not a huge leak, but enough that it could compromise engine maintenance.
We have sent serveral emails with pictures to (Email address removed) and never heard back from her. We also called to explain the damage done the the walls in our new home from the service tech. The carpets looked great and we were very satisfied with the cleaning. The problem was he drug is hoses around the corners on our main floor and did some serious damage. I sent pictures of the damage to Email address removed as her email was attached to the feedback request. We just had the house painted and they were done with the inside walls two days before we had the carpets cleaned. Our painters were working on the front door for the next few days so we had them fix the problem. We are just frustrated that we never heard back after several emails and a phone call.
Tech was friendly and was willing to work really hard on getting all areas of the carpet really clean, particularly a heavy traffic area that was really soiled. Thanks for all of the hard work!!
The technician was on time, courteous and quick. Some of the spot came back as soon as the carpet dried.
Service tech was very nice, clean, professional & really seemed to know what he was doing.
The service technician was great, the cleaning itself was good, but the noise of the truck was awful, I had neighbors checking to see what was going on and the constant loud noise gave all of us that were home a headache. I am not sure I will use Zerorez again due to the intense loud noise.
I like the great way the carpet looks and feels after the cleaning. However, we ended up paying twice as much as we'd initially agreed to because of the "stainguard" that our carpet cleaner strongly recommended to be applied to the carpet was extra ($30 per area). I'm fine with paying for that if needed, but it would have been better if we had known about that stainguard ahead of time, and we could have researched the necessity of this extra treatment. I felt a little like this was a "bait & switch." deal. I will recommend Zerorez to friends, but I will tell them about the extra expense. Thank you for asking.

I feel the price is way higher than any other company. I also wasnt happy with how wet my floors were, they were still wet 24 hours later :(
When I called for an appointment I got the deal 3 rooms for $79 minus the $25 coupon I had from my previous carpet cleaning. I was surprised that you could clean 3 rooms for $54. That price is too low for a GOOD carpet cleaning. I ened up paying $235 - $181 more than I expected. I knew it would cost a LITTLE more to have some areas treated where our old dog is getting lazy and not using the doggie door - but $181 more? Is your reasoning that you can bait people into using your service with a too low price, and then you talk them into other services that they need that are too high? If I hadn't have spent hours moving furniture I would have said no to the high price and looked for someone else to clean. Used car salesman call it the bait and switch. I would rate your company a 10 verses a 6 if not for this practice. I will tell my friends and associates to expect a bait and swith from you - otherwise the product is good. It's the marketing practice that sucks.
Scheduled an appointment for an estimate for carpet, tile, and rug cleaning. Your technician never showed up. Waited all afternoon. Someone noticed the error and called that night. I rescheduled for the next morning and was promised I would be first appointment of day at 8:00. Woke my family up early to be prepared for tech. to arrive. Again, no one showed. I called the scheduling office, they tried calling the tech. he did not answer,and she said was really strange, and rescheduled me again for Saturday. He called an hour and a half after he was suppose to be at my house to say he was on his way, and he came to my house. I then called and cancelled for Saturday. Someone then called Saturday morning to confirm that tech was coming!!!! WoW! The bid was over a grand. Much pricier than other companies. Would love to have you give me another bid, but dont have time to waste waiting for your techs. The only reason I scheduled with you, is because of my neighbors who said the cleaning was amazing. So far I am not impressed at all. I hope someone follows thru to come and actually clean clean my carpets:)

FRIENDLY SERVICE. NO RESIDUE PRODUCT.

As we are a business I was a little surprised that we had to have a check written at time of service. The quote was different than the actual amount that we owed so a little confusion on that end. We had big indentations from the chairs after the cleaning.
Alfredo did come back after to fix the carpet but missed some of the rooms. One of the rooms was unavailable but the others were and did not get done. Also the time I set seemed to be a matter of confusion for the office staff. The day of the appointment they asked if they could come earlier. I went ahead and let them come and do it earlier but I think that works for home cleaning better than for professional cleaning and make adjustments during working hours.
