Prices are a bit high
I like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals. The carpets feel soft after they dry with no residue. I wasn't completely satisfied with the technician that came out and cleaned a few weeks ago. Filled out feedback request, and received phone call the next day to send out another technician to redo our carpets. Chris came out and done an awesome job!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff
The carpet was completely dry within a couple of hours
With other services the carpets seem to look dirty very soon after, but this time they are looking clean much longer.
No "stuff" left behind. I cleaned my carpets with a shampooer and after a couple weeks they were filthier than before I cleaned them!
I liked how good my carpets looked after they were clean. The tech that cleaned my carpets was very nice and explained everything to me.
I was happy about spending the amount of money for the work that was done. We had a do and a baby do their damage to the carpet, and seriously, looked almost new again. It helps too that Clemente, the worker, was very fair on the price and very friendly to my family.

He did a good job on the spots and worked fast etc. You might warn people that the carpet may be a bit ruffled or budging. I thought the carpet was ruined and was a bit angry. Until the next morning and most of budges had dried and gone back to flat. I have not had that happen before. Looks fine now.
My carpets are 30 years old, the living room, dining room, one set of stairs, upstairs hall & master bedroom & bath are white. The entire house has never looked and felt so clean! The basement was filthy, the carpet is now like new, with very few red stains that I knew would not come out. It was expensive to have my entire house cleaned, but I know it was money well-spent. I'm especially relieved the pet odors are gone! I can't say enough good about Jordan. He is a very knowledgable and well-trained technition who takes great pride in perfection. He has also been doing carpentry for me for the last few weeks and he is an amazing young man. What a hard worker!
The carpet was soft after the cleaning - all stains were removed by your technician. He explained what he was doing and why he did it, was friendly, efficient, professional. I will absolutely use your company again in the future.
Make it easier to schedule and have your phone people not act rude when you need to re-schedule or when you can't be home earlier than the established window. Just because the technician gets done early doesn't mean I can drop everything at work earlier than I had planned.
the carpet drys very fast
They did a great job -- however our carpet was rippled throughout the house until it dried thoroughly. I was afraid we would have to have it stretched. I'd tell people about this if I referred them to you.

I like how well they clean and protect my carpet and my technician was very helpful and upbeat. He did an excellent job cleaning some very dirty carpets. They look brand new! Thank you Zerorez. You service lived up to your reputation.
I only had a little tiny area of carpet cleaned in an entry way cleaned and the cost was more than I felt it should have been. I called the office to discuss with management and left a message but didn't receive a call back. I did call back again today and spoke with an office manager and she explained minimim pricing, etc.

We got your technicians name and will have our carpets done every 6 months from now on, and will give you a call to do my companies carpets as well. Your guy did a fantastic job and went way beyond our expectations in service and freiendliness.
Compared to BOSS your carpet stayed wetter longer and they used furniture leg protectors.
The technician was professional, sold well, matched the quote, and let me know what was happening and how. The carpets seemed to be cleaned and looked much better after the cleaning. There were no promises of the moon, just reality and that is what I got and I appreciate. The tech called before arriving and the office was able to answer all of my questions prior to his arrival. Great support, and service. I would put a 10 but this is the first time to use zerorez and I haven't seen the carpets two weeks out....
You could ask customers if they have any coupons before they pay for the service. This way there won't be any issues with customers calling and saying they forgot to apply their survey coupon to the payment.
Rick and Austin were very professional and friendly. Rick "walked" me through the process and format he would use. We discussed the special areas that I needed to have him work on. I heard your ad on 105.7 "Talk Radio." Rod Arquett had previously had your company visit his home. Everything he said about the service was corret.
Easy people to deal with. Jordan was personable and professional.
We had a little glitch in the functioning of the wand which resulted in a return visit. That cleared the problem after Jordan did some sleuthing and explained it fully to us.
The vehicle was really loud - sound muffler needed?
