Your technician (Mike Miller) was "clean-cut", knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The carpets and my sofa looked great when he was finished. I like the fact that there were no toxic chemicals and no residue. Since this is the first time that I used your service, I will have to see over time how long the cleaning lasts to compare with the other services I have used. So far, so good. Your office gave me a quote that was 1/3 of what it ended up being. I would suggest that you give more accurate quotes including telling how much the protectant is per area. I almost told them to leave because it was going to be around a hundred fifty and it was over 300 to get done. I had to talk to get it down that low. Your product is great.

He was very respectful to our home and property. He is a very hard worker, friendly and very professional. I would recommend him highly.
Called three weeks ahead so we could the date and time frame,11:00am to 1:00pm, we wanted. Day before the service we received a call and said the time would be between 2:00 pm and 5:00pm. Took a great deal of conversation to get back to the time we wanted. The scheduler acted like she was doing us a favor for returning to the time that was requested and promised three weeks earlier. Her attitude was that we should just be pleased that zerorez would even clean our carpets.
The technician Mike did a wonderful job BUT I told him we had signed up on line for the Back to school special which included 2 free backpacks for the kids. He had no record of the backpacks but said he would check the office when he got back and deliver them later. We have not heard anything since. I hope offering the backpacks wasn't just a way to get people to sign up. I think not receiving the backpacks was a mistake on your part but we were counting on them, and that did motivate us to sign up for the carpet cleaning at this time.Please call me at Phone number removed and let me know the status of the backpacks.
The carpets cleaned up very nicely in spite of all the wheelchair tracks.
I like the method of cleaning and feel that it really does get out the residue. I also have the protecting application after and believe that helps a lot.
My carpet has never been cleaner in the 8 years I have lived in this house. I really thought I was going to have to buy new carpet this year, but after having zerorez clean it I love it!
I love that there is no soapy resudue & the carpet looks brand new when the process is complete. The carpet stays cleaner longer.
The drying time was much longer than the carpet tech told us is would be - It took well over 24 hours befre our carpets were dry, compared to the 4 hours the carpet tech told us. We also have a smell in our family room that wasn't present prior to the carpet cleaning.

They arrived right at the beginning of the given time frame, took less time than they originally said, they did a dry vacuum for free and my carpet dried much faster than they said. Overall a great experience for a chemical free cleaning method for my home. It's a little more expensive than renting a Rug Doctor, but I think it's worth it.
Our carpets and tile flooring look so great now and new. T was so nice to have these finally done knowing that they are rez- free, and not going to be attracting dirt. The Two guys were very great to work with.

This is the only cleaning company that really gets the job done and the technicians are extremely freindly and willing to help out.
The technician was very friendly, helpful, seemed to know what he was doing, answered questions,all in all the service was excellent and we couldn't be more pleased. we will call zerorez again soon.
We felt like the guys were rushed for time and did not want to be here. They were bugged that there were a few items that we needed to move. It only took them 20 minutes to clean 3 rooms and a hall, which we paid over $220 for. More then what was advertized on the email rerecieved. He felt like it was not worth the money we paid for the amount of time spent.

Very friendly, helpful service technician. The carpeted areas were cleaned thoroughly. The technician was knowledgeable about stains, upholstery, tile grout and air ducts.
The technician, he was very pleasant to work with. The type of cleaning system used cleaned the carpets well and the carpets weren't stiff after cleaning. All in all I was very pleased.
