did not get carpet in family room or stairs clean
technician said after cleaning stairs and starting on family room not to expect it to look any better than it looked before cleaning, we need to clean carpets every 15 months not 3 years. Carpets had been cleaned not quite 2 years ago and at that time the carpet came very clean. When I called the operator said that it was a high traffic area and that is why they wouldn't come clean of course it is a high traffic area but the many times this carpet has been clean no one has every said could not clean it because it was a high traffic area.
My service tech, Clemente, was quick,super efficient and ON TIME! I had a couple hard spots on the carpet (a rental) that re-appeared after the carpet dried. I called, he came back, and the spots are gone. My tenants are happy and so am I! Thanks, I'll use you again and recommend your service to my friends!

I had a light pink stain in my carpet and after the cleaning the pink had grown and moved farther where it is more visible. The original site of the stain now has a green color, instead of a pink color. The technician who cleaned the carpets was not very helpful, I felt like he was in a hurry. Also, I felt like I was nickel and dimed, with all kinds of additional fees and costs. I was surprised at the end of the cleaning with instead of a $79 bill, it was $180. It came as quite a shock.
No soaps no residue.
Employee was reluctant to do the demo as advertised on your website and confirmed by phone. I was disappointed in the surprise hidden costs--$60 per room for disinfectant!
returning calls more promptly - I called and left a message at 5:30pm one day and didn't get a call back until 2 days later.
The fellow who came was efficient, informative, and friendly. The carpet looks clean--even with an issue of an inside dog.
I felt nickel and dimed this time. Also the day after I scheduled my appt. I received a coupon for 10.00 off more than my original coupon and you wouldn't honor it. That is ridiculous to me. I have used you 3 times now but don't know if I will again!
My cleaner couldn't communicate very well in English. That was frustrating because I really had some questions, and chose not to answer them. Also, I then emailed the address on the website, and had, what I thought, was a ligitimate question. Was "blown off" by the responder. But I will try again at some point because I had such a GREAT experience the first time.
I love your service people. My questions were answered to my satisfaction. Services were offered pleasantly and promptly. My carpets look terrific and I had the air ducts done, so it smells great, too!

I love the fact that there are no chemicals being used and that the carpet looks so amazing when it was cleaned and protected. I will never use anyone else to clean my carpets.

I was not happy with the smell of the carpets. Also, I only asked for the carpets to be cleaned and they asked the man that I had watching the house if we wanted carpet protector which I did not order and he said yes because he did not know. This cost me an extra $90. I only wanted what I ordered on the phone. The smell is still in the house of whatever was put into the carpets. I am sure they did a good job but I would not have it done again. I would not use the service again.

Thank you or the prompt service and nice technician who serviced our carpet. We had three bathrooms cleaned and a couple of other rooms. Two of the three bathrooms and the rooms came out fine but one bathroom is terrible. The carpet in that bathroom (which is relatively new carpet) stinks as bad or worse than before your technician "cleaned" it. If ZERORES means that you just run some water over the carpet and basically leave it the same (or worse) then I want nothing to do with it. I thought ZERORES meant that you clean the carpet and leave nothing behind. I would invite you to send your technician back and let him observe (smell) the carpet himself and tell us if he thinks that it is acceptable or not. We have not used that bathroom since the day he was here as we were waiting for it to dry. It still has not been used even one time. If ZERORES considers this acceptable, then you definitely will not have a "raving" fan here...

The carpets were a lot wetter than I thought they should be. I had company that night and they were still damp. The techs were latter than I thought and I had an appointment - I felt they really rushed so they could be done before I left.

It carpets get really clean and stay that way for a longer time frame. The service representative is friendly, knowledgeable, careful about keeping the areas clean, and on time.

Carpets took all day to dry with a fan blowing on them! Maybe go over them twice to suck up more water?
