This is my first time using Zerorez, but I am pleased with the service and how the carpets look so far. I really liked the idea that there should be no residue left behind as I heard on the radio adds. From past experience, I have learned that it takes a little time to see if stains, etc. will wick up to the surface.

To have pricing match with that of the guy who does the carpet cleaning, so that there is no confusion on price.

Calling in to set up the appt, the rep was "rushed"... she jumped ahead before allowing me to confirm that what she had set up was okay, I kept having to ask her to go back a step.

Light brown lines were left on my livingroom carpet after the cleaning. I paid double what I usually pay and I did not notice a higher level of cleaning quality.

We like the idea that there is no soapy residue left in our carpets to attract future dirt.

Efficient, thorough, friendly technician.

This was a repeat visit by one of your carpet cleaners. The first experience was a disaster and the details have been recorded in a previous message. The return visit by one of your trainer cleaners (Clemente) was a completely different experience. Clemente walked through my house and noted all the areas that were missed by the first attendant. He listened to my concerns and then got to work. He removed all the serious spots that were in various rooms and completely re-cleaned the other areas that had previously been done. He repaired the damage made to my wool carpet from the over-saturation and repaired a carpet seam. He went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve the previous problems. My reason for noting a 7 on this recommendation was that it would be hard for me to recommend Zerorez with the first attendant, but I would be able to give a 9 or 10 if the attendant was Clemente. I am however still concerned that I was overcharged on my original invoice. I was told that I would receive a $100 certificate for a future cleaning. I think the more appropriate thing to do would be to refund $100 from my first invoice and just received your certificate for filling out this form. I will look forward to hearing from you. I just felt like your technician did a good job. He was timely in arriving, competent in answering my questions and went the extra mile to get fingernail polish out of the carpet. (Which I wasn't worried about- because I didn't think it was possible.) It has only been 2 days since my carpet was cleaned, but so far so good. Thanks Zerorez!
