I was given a time frame for the work to be done. I appreciated that a call was made to let me know they were about an 1 1/2 hour out. I was hopeful it would have been earlier so as to make it to a granddaughter's game.
Being given a definite time would be great. I understand that each job is individual and that would be very difficult. If I could have known by noon orbefore 3pm that it would be closer to 5:30 it would have been helpful.

The carpet looks nice and clean, the technician was very nice, considerate, and did a quick and thorough job. I was a little put off because, although he hesitated to say it at first, he told me several times that our carpet wasn't very good carpet. I think he told me that to help me realize that it wouldn't look as good as new, but it was a little bit insulting, and I still have a negative feeling when I think about the experience. Also, I was never contacted about the time slot that he was coming. When I called the morning of the appointment to ask about it, the girl who answered the phone insisted that they had called me. I checked both my land line and my cell phone, and there was no message left, or any phone call that I couldn't account for on either of those caller IDs. It worked out alright, but that, too, left me with kind of a bad taste. I'm sure that I sound like a grumpy person who looks for the thorns on the rose, but I assure you that I am not! You wanted to know how I felt and I just told you.

The carpets look and feel clean...my house smells cleaner because the dirt is gone, not because there is a chemical masking the dirt.

The truck used by the technician leaked a dirty black oil on our sidewalk and curb. I would like to have it cleaned up.

The service inside met my expectations. The technician was very personable and the job he did was very good.

I was a bit disappointed by the final price, but am totally pleased with the job.

You were on time and very nice. Came in did his job and I would recommend him to both family and friends. My area rug in my kitchen that was cleaned the stains have reappear. Other than that I am very happy. Hope to have you come back and do my upstairs.

Your Carpet cleaning method is the only one I trust. Hot HIGH PH Water is the way to clean. Your HIGH suction Vacuum is also critically needed.

I was very disappointed in the final cost. I called for the 3 area $69 special. When I called and scheduled the appointment I told the receptionist that there was a urine smell in an area. No mention was made to additional costs. You can imagine my surprise when my total came to $164 (I did add on one hall). We have had you guys clean before for us and the technician still sprayed the urine spots but we weren't charged $60 extra to spray it. I'm not sure that I will use you again. I feel like it was a total sales lie about the price. It's unfortunate because we own a lot of rental units. I usually use Ward Brothers because of their price and quality- and I know up front the cost.

We do have a problem that we need to resolve before we grant permission to use our name. The carpet in our basement is wavy and not laying back down. We will wait till tomorrow morning which will give the carpet 36 hours to settle down. If it has not improved significantly by then, we will need you to come and make a resolution.

Timely arrival. Cleaner called me 20 minutes in advance to let me know he was enroute. Excellent service on site.

The fellow who did the job was clean, personable, and did a very thorough job. He came at the agreed time. The price was reasonable. We appreciate being able to trust Zerorez for the last several years.

I had my carpet cleaned and it looks great!! I am considering using some of Zerorez's other services because you did such a great job on my carpets.

I had carpet cleaned in 3 rooms and I had my air ducts cleaned. When the service man was removing the cold air return vent some of the paint was taken off and nothing was said to me. I was not offered any solution to solve the problem. Also, I was told on the phone and by the service man that the air duct cleaning would be a minimum of 10 air ducts at a cost of $20 per vent. The service man (Jim) told me my receipt would be emailed to me. As I was looking at my receipt the next day, there was a charge on there for $30 cold air return. I was never told that would be an additional charge. And if I knew it would have been more I wouldn't have had it done, and therefore I wouldn't have a messed up wall I have to take care of. So, I suggest you make sure all charges are clear to your customers.
