I felt that the two men that came to our home were professional and qualified. As I understand the advertisement, you offered 3 rooms of 200 sq ft each for $70. They cleaned our family room which is about 240 sq st and a hall, that is about 30 sq ft and then charged $5 per stair, which is your policy. I am wondering why the stairs could not be included as one of the rooms included in the $70 price when they ended up cleaning a total of about 270 sq ft and charged extra for the stairs?

the first time the guy that can to clean the carpet in my living room he really didnt put anything on my spots, so soon after they can back i called zerorez back and the girl that asked and i explained what happened was just there, so stated that she would look into when i could get a appointment and call back. The guy that can back on a Tuesday did a really nice job and cared about the spot, he did take his time even though it was a small area that you had to take his equipment out and redo. If i come back next time to have zerorez do carpets i will request for this guy (sorry didnt get his name but i am sure you can look in your computers for his name), Tell him THANKS FOR CARING !!!!

Thanks for having the carpet tech come back to clean the brown stripes off my carpet. I believe the stripes were left because the nice tech worked so hard to get a plant spot out, left by my live ficus tree. I think the dirt was left in your machinery so it left stripes. The second time the tech came back, he got the stripes out beautifully. I never expected him to get the bleached spots out- I knew that was impossible. I feel terrible my tech was not compensated for his time when I feel the problem was not his fault. I will be devastated if he lost his job over me. He said it was his last day with Zero Rez. I feel so sad over this situation. I am now happy with my clean carpets but not the situation.

I have used Zerorez for a number of years at my previous home and now that I have moved to Lehi. You do a wonderful job, and my carpets always look and stay clean for a longer time than when I was using other people and products. I have recommended Zerorez to my family and friends. In fact, you just came out two days ago to clean the carpets at my son's home. Thank you for your great service and the wonderful servicemen you have working for you.

Friendly fast and efficient
My carpet is so fluffy after my cleaning! I've used Stanley steamer and chemdry, both companies left my carpet feeling sticky like it wasn't all washed out. They put bumpers on the corners so they wouldn't scratch my walls;The other two companies didn't do that. They wore the covers over their shoes which kept them from tracking in dirt all over my clean floors. They were very knowledgable about their product. My carpets smell great, the cleaner smells really nice. They helped me really get rid of some pet stains.
You really clean the carpets and that cleaning lasts for a very long time. The best in carpet cleaning we have ever had
Set a specific time to show up on the job..
I took 2 hours off work, only to wait 3 hours before the cleaner showed up..I could have stayed at work and not lost the hours..

I didn't like to be told that I needed to have a protective treatment and that it would be another $30 per room. Also the worker tried to get me to pay $50.00 for each of two rooms because he saw one pet stain and one possible pet stain. I didn't think that was necessary and turned it down. It did get clean without it. The carpet took 16 hours to dry. If the other treatments are necessary, some mention of that should be made in your ads. The technician was polite and on time.
They were good, but since I already had done work earlier in the week, I would have liked a bigger discount for the services that were performed. They did not have the right tools to clean my furniture properly.
Zerorez is the only company that gets the spots out for good.
Jim Vance was wonderful in customer service and also in the actual cleaning of my carpets and the tile. I would recommend Zerorez and Jim Vance to anyone.
