We like that our carpets seem to stay clean longer - the no residue.

Carpets are very very clean and soft. No chemical odor. Dry relatively quickly. Excellent stain removal - no reappearance of previous stains, even after 2 years. Tile and grout are really clean with no stickiness. Equipment, hoses etc are clean, technicians are careful not to "overspray" on walls or furniture. Technicians get right to work and work steadily and efficiently. Thank you Zerorez!

Fast dry and no residue

Two of the three areas you cleaned still have spots on them. The one room had some sort of a crusty substance- then the stairs had a lipstick substance on them. The stairs look better, but its still there. The crusty carpet in the other room is also there....The technician was professional and courteous!

I like the fact that there is no residue left over. The gentleman that cleaned my carpet worked very hard, was very courteous and aimed to please.

I wouldn't have the whole house cleaned in one day along with the air vents, though. It made the job too long, and the carpets didn't have time to dry before evening.

They are on time and wear protective coverings on their shoes. The carpet isn't all "stiff" with left over soap or whatever on the carpet. Great price for the service! My technician was Ben and he was very courteous and professional.

This is the first time my rugs look really clean after having a professional service come out. I had concerns about certain traffic areas that were left behind dirty by Coit cleaners last year. What took Coit one hour by one person last year, took Zerorez two hours with two people! David And Ben listened to my concerns and worked so hard to have my rugs look nice. They even went over a little section at my request just so that I "felt" that it was really clean, even though I watched them clean it earlier. You always wonder if your rugs will look good a few days after they're cleaned and life carries on. It's been a week now, and they look so awesome. I am so happy I chose to have them come do my rugs and will choose them next year. Whether it was their actual product or whether it was their hardworking technicians that gave me such a good result, I don't know. But together they got the job done that I was hoping for.

I am chemically sensitive so that was a plus. Your service reps have great PR and the oriental wool rug you took to the factory to clean came back looking like new.

I like that it doesn't leave a sticky film and I was so happy how clean my berber came clean. I had some traffic areas I was worried if they would come clean or not but I was very pleased with how great they looked afterwards. The technician was clean cut and I wasn't worried like I have been with another company that I have had in the past. thanks
