Educated employees, job completed in a timely fashion, carpets not wet forever!

I have always recommended Zerorez to my real estate clients. I have used Zerorez for 13 years on my home since it
was new. But this last experience was a nightmare! With the block from 3-6. Delays and excuses they didn't come
till 8:00. The next morning my carpet was still a little damp and full of hills and valleys in the whole carpet. I called
and they said it would go down when dry. By 4 it was the same but dry. They are now sending out some one to see
the carpet and stretch it. BUT i have the same window 3-6. Do I have to wait for 5-6 hours again? Please make this
right so I can continue to refer you, I would like the supervisor out at 3 so I can be done by 5. I have plans for the
night and do not want to spend my Friday night waiting for the carpet to be repaired.
Bait and switch. 89.00. Baloney. I have already told all my friends and clients about my experience. Justa word include all costs prior to the visit. Surprising there are a lot of your unhappy customers, that I am comparing notes
Products- The spot remover used with the Zerorez cleaning process is great to have on hand. My carpets looked cleaner than they have when using other companies. This is the first time I have used Zerorez, so will be interesting to see how long my carpets stay looking clean. I had the protectant applied and liked that option to prolong the need for next cleaning.
Service- Liked phone call confirming appointment a few days before. Mike, the tech who cleaned was awesome. He answered a lot of questions, was prompt, very friendly, explained how spot remover worked, explained Zerorez PH water electrolysis process and no need for detergent, etc. He was the best tech and teacher I've ever had clean my carpets in 13 years!
We have had you to our home 3 times now. The first time was seemingly fine until we noticed that 6 vents were missed. After the second visit to clean those vents, we noticed that one duct was cleaned around where the eye can see, but when we looked deeper, the duct was still filthy. We had you back a third time to clean that duct, but have inspected (and pictured) the other ducts in our home and it appears that none have been cleaned except what is visible at a glance. We are very disappointed.
Our carpet looked great after cleaning. Everything was well orgaized and we were kept informed of the process at all times. Service rep was very poliet and cheeful and answerd all questions. We were happy with the results.
I like the machine and the service man who was sent here.

I wish I had been given an accurate service amount. I had clearly explain my pet issues and there was no mention of the added fee per area to deal with it. My bill was twice as much as I had planned on. Also after drying, I still see some yellow stains on the carpet in the TV room.
I'm not used to having to move furniture or vacuming beforehand. Most other carpet cleaners are willing to move furniture (the moveable stuff--not huge entertainment centers, etc.). Also, I had them take my wool area run to "wash." What I was not happy about was having to pay the full fee upfront. You now have my $800 wool run plus a $200 cleaning fee, and I didn't have any kind of receipt until it was emailed. I would have okay with paying half up front and the other half when it was returned. I don't even have an approximate return date in writing.
Other than that I am extremely happy with the results of the carpet cleaning.
I like the service we get and the value for the price is the best around. Always professional and know their product without being pushy
The carpet was cleaned at about 10:30 in the morning.
It was still "damp" at 9:30 at night??
The cleaning was good, the carpets are old and most spots came out.
The concern I had was that I am a landlord and needed you to contact the tenant in scheduling the appointment and letting the tenant know when you would be there. I was called three times about the appointment and each time had to tell the person to call the tenant.
The other concern was I was charged the wrong promotion price and had to call in to get credited back the difference.

The areas of my rug that had every day dirt from use are now orange. It looks much worse now than it did before it was cleaned. I would like to have someone come take a look at it, and at least get the orange color out.
That you don't use soap. Also that you are no to expensive.
Rick was very courteous from the beginning by asking about the best place for him to park while he worked and all of the way through his work. He did a good and thorough job. I like the fact that there is no odor to your products as I am very sensitive to odors. I have already recommended you and Rick to others in the neighborhood.
I like that they don't leave chemicals and a lot of water behind. My carpets dried quickly and it felt good to know that the steam would kill some of the germs in my carpet. I recently had a baby and I know she will soon be spending a lot of time on the floor playing.
I truly loved the gentleman who came out and cleaned our carpets. I was worried being the last house of the day for him that he might not do a good job or be very friendly but he was so nice. I was slightly bugged with paying for the pet treatment in one of my bedrooms and to go back to the same area after he treated it (2 days later) and smell the same stench. Other then that I was very happy. But the reason why i got my carpets cleaned was for this one section of carpet that smelled like pee and it's still there.
We like the fact that you use products that leave no residue in our carpets. The job that you recently did on our kitchen tile turned out great. The tile looks 100% better. We will definitely use your services again. Thanks.
