Carpet looked clean when it was still wet but showed up spotty after it dried...thinking that a second pass in some areas would have helped. Also, there were a couple of strips under closed doors (into rooms without carpet) that did not get cleaned because the doors were not opened by the technician.

William did an excellent job of restoring my carpeting to its former glory. It cleaned up beautifully and he was so accommodating and careful in the entire process of cleaning my vents and the carpet. I will definitely use the service again.

I like that there is little residue, and that the carpets stay cleaner longer! Also, the drying time is shorter than most.

Your carpet shampooing system is wonderful. It really cleaned my dirty carpets and made them look great. We appreciated the scotch guard finish to help keep them clean.

The service itself and how well the cleaning was done was great. The technician was fast and friendly. The only thing that was absolutely annoying was that we had a 3-6pm time window which we did not choose and then on top of that the tech was running late and didn't come until 6:30pm. As a customer it would have been nice to choose a 2 hour window to coordinate with my day instead of being what time I had to sit and wait for 3 hours and then wait a little more. The special promotional pricing I got made it worth it in the end, but I would never pay full price for the service.

My floor looks cleaner and more vibrant and and I feel good about ridding my carpet of years of detergent residue buildup.

Faster drying/quickly but efficiently did the job

I love that there is no funky smell that I thought was just associated with wet carpet. There was just a nice clean scent. My carpets look wonderful.

The employee who cleaned the carpets was very professional and answered all questions. He was very efficient with his time.

I think the cleaning was good, but it would have been an added benefit for them to use the multiple fans to help dry the carpet faster. They did not use it on the stairs and it was still damp 12 hour later.

The person who did the work was friendly, clean and considerate. The carpet looked great when he finished.

Your guys where fast and professional, but there is no need for the sales pitch stuff once they are there. It is obvious they where doing exactly as they where trained, but I just wanted the carpets cleaned.

We were grateful the company took the time to call us and send a new service technician out to re-clean the carpets. The second technician took the time to clean the carpets right. However, it was disappointing that the job was not done correctly the first time and we had to invest our own time by cleaning the carpets ourselves and then again with having a second carpet cleaning from the technician. I don't believe there is much that can be done to change this but we do appreciate the company for looking at the problem and working to finding a resolution.

The carpets have never looked so good, so we are very pleased.

I like that you call and verify the appointment and give a 3 hour window. I also like that you call when you are on you way.

If i can easily get the juice stains lifted off of my carpet with a simple steam technique,i kind of expect that an actual carpet cleaning service would also know how to get them out as well, which is why i paid to have you all do it,i don't have time to do it myself. It looked nice when it was first cleaned because it was wet, BUT as soon as it dried sure enough,my kids juice spots were ALL still there. I am not saying it's your fault,but if i am willing to pay someone to get the stains out,im kinda expecting that they be out!! That's all!!

I like pre-spot treatments and the new machine that pulls the nap up, and the guys that did the cleaning were very good and concerned about getting all the spots up. They did a great job.
