I like the variety of services you provide. I took advantage of the carpet, upholstery, and rug cleaning in one visit.

I love that all soil and dirt are extracted not just camophlaged and forced deeper into carpet with shampooing.
I was very disappointed and unhappy to be charged more than the $69 for three areas as was the special. I have had these
same areas cleaned 5-6 times in the past without an additional charge for the area rug.

I felt like my carpets were cleaner compared to some of the other services i have had from other companies. I was also pleasantly surprised at how FAST they dried!! i will definitely be a returning customer and will definitely recommend to my friends. I appreciated the service from the office personnel with reminder calls and the tech called me when he was on his way to clean my carpets also. I was very impressed overall.

I have many rugs that cover my carpets. I only needed the exposed carpet areas cleaned but was told that it did not matter how little the space was, each room was still considered one area even though only a very small part of each room needed cleaned. I've had other carpet companies graciously clean only those areas I needed done which was very accommodating and not charge me for each room but more considered the square footage cleaned. I would appreciate Zerorez being more accommodating in this regard.

The attention to detail - our carpets look like new! Clemente (the technician) was even able to completely remove stains from the carpet in my husband's art studio that I thought would never come out. He took the time to answer all of my questions about the products used by Zerorez, and I'll never again even consider the idea of using a carpet "shampoo" and rented machine from the supermarket. Thank you SO much!

This service is cost prohibitive to me. The only reason I used zerorez is because I had a coupon. Why can't zerorez offer an affordable carpet cleaning without having to jump through coupon hoops? I am doing 3 rooms at a time based on when I receive a coupon. This is totally ineffecient for zerorez as a company because you are now going to have to drive to my house THREE different times and occupy a technician's precious time (not to mention the gas money and other clients that are not being serviced) to do what could be done in one visit if the prices were affordable. I guess Zerorez has to keep prices high and offer coupons to offset gas costs for mutiple visits to the same home.
Additionally, I was happy with the result in my carpet cleaning, but it wasn't any better than other carpet cleaning services I have received.
