I believe that my carpets are cleaner with Zerorez than they have been with other cleaners. My upstairs hallway gets VERY dirty, and it is now nice and clean. The young man who came to my home was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant.

The was a sticky area I pointed out that remained sticky after the cleaning.

The technician explained the services. I particularly liked how the wool rugs felt clean. Lots of companies can remove dirt and make the carpet or rug look better. After Zerorez finished the cleaning process the rugs felt clean. That is important and reassures you that dirt really was removed, that cleaning substances are not left in the carpet or rug and the fibers are not damaged.

Even though traffic delayed his visit, he did not shortchange the job. I was his last appointment of the day. He was diligent and responsive to my concerns. He redid a section that I felt needed extra work. He didn't complain and he explained why that particular section of carpet looked the way it did.

It would be nice to be able to schedule the exact time of a cleaning, instead of having to wait around for several hours just in case the cleaners come by. It is slightly inconvenient.

Your service people do a really good job. I have used several other cleaning companies in the past, and carpets were not completely cleaned as they should have been. Zerorez did a much better job. I've already used them twice in two separate weeks!
