I liked the service technician. He was very professional. The quality of the cleaning was excellent.
When your man came, he said that the stairs was not included as one of the three rooms as advertized. The stairs cost $3.00 each, I was not very happy. The basement carpet was stained with soda pop, and did not come clean in several area's. Your cleaner was nice, but was unhappy when I said that I had heard on KSL that the stairs was to counted as one of the rooms, when he said "The office is not the ones who clean, I am and they don't pay me back if I count it" After your cleaning was done my neighbor said how was your cleaning and I said that I was not happy and she said we should have told you not to use them, because they don't do a very good job. I wish that I would have used someone else. I will not be using Zerorez again, because you are a BIG "O"

I don't really want to hear about all the special options for spot treatment and pet stains, but the technician didn't pressure me. However, some spots are worse now than before the cleaning, so I would have wanted to know what would improve the result. It looked great as he finished but hours later as it dried they were more apparent.
I used your service about 6 months ago and was quite impressed with the results, but this time I paid twice a much and did not seem to get the traffic patterns to clean up like last time. I did not feel I got my money's worth.

Carpet looks great and service was excellent.
A bunch of the Carpet treatment / protectant was spilled at the entrance to.the Master bedroom discoloring the carpet and making very rough and crunchy. I called the tech that treated the carpet to inform him and he told m to vacum it 4 times which did not help. I'm very dissatisfied!
