He didnt get here until really late, 530. He didn't do all of the areas that were requested. He was in ahurry and didn't remove the stains that were removed the time before.

I have been very pleased in the pass with your services. This time we had you clean our air ducts. My wife said that your man did a good job. He was neat and clean in his work. He talked her into also cleaning the dryer duct for $75.00. This is the poor part of your service. I looked at the work done and the vent cap was sitting in the basement window seal and the duct on the floor. I called and received a promt responce the next morning. Your man said that he cleaned it just like he had been trained. Push the brush in the pipe. The problem was that the vent cap on the out side of the home was broken beyond service and the pipe inside was plastic and metal mixed together and not service able. I asked that my $75.00 be returned and he said it would, yet I have not received anything from your company yet. When I asked why the furnace had not been cleaned he said that he did not have the training. I know that other companies make it a part of there duct cleaning to do a complete job and clean the furnace. I was very set back that Zerorez does not train there service personal better for the work they are being paided for and that after the service personal said my $75.00 would be returned I receive no responce or follow up.
Your Service man was very good at what he was trained to do, but lacked training for cleaning of the furnace and dryer duct. and pleasent to talk with I am now waiting for the company to show the same promt responce.

Redue the carpets and refund my money. I had a 3 room special for 79 dollars with14 stairs for 140. I was charged 189.00. Also he was suppose to do the living room stairs and the upstairs bedroom. Not done only did living room and stairs and carpets still felt dirtys also he started on stairs without worning janelle before she came down the stairs with my two 1 year old twins. So she slipped and fell down the stairs with my two kids. Not happy!!!!
Got my carpet really clean.
We showed some stains to the tech and he assured us they were gone. When the carpet dried they were back.
Your cleaning was good but the drying was bad. The cleaning was in basement rooms and they did not dry in the amount of time they said they would. I had to put fans in the rooms to help get them dry. You need to be able to extract more moisture from the carpets especially when they are in a basement.
My allergist recommended I have my carpet cleaned without soaps or chemicals. Your company has been a good fit for my needs. I was quite disenchanted with the two technicians that came together many years ago (around 2005) and I didn't use your services for quite awhile after that. My last technician (service in July 2012) was the best one who has come to my home over the years. He was friendly, courteous, and prompt. He worked very hard and cleaned what I needed done well. He was a very good representative of your company. I will request him again in the future.
I think Zerorez is great. I had a problem with the technician. He was too busy on his phone. I tried to show him the problem areas, but he was in such a big hurry.
Shorten the window when making appointments to am or pm instead of saying anytime between 9-5.
Products seem to work well. A few difficult stains would not come out but overall seemed to clean well. Very professional help.

Very nice employees that clean the carpet. The staff that I communicated with when scheduling could have been more willing to help. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by calling to schedule services. However, the man that came to clean (Alfredo?) was very polite and nice to my wife and children.
Advertise your pre-treatment prices so that the consumer knows that they are not included with the cleaning.
I was very happy with the cleaning and end product and would mark it a 10, but I was so appalled at the price that I don't feel I could recommend it. Basically, I don't understand how someone could be in my house for less than 5 hours and walk out with almost $1000. (Bill was $981.00). I wanted it all done, no question there, and the amount of each service was given prior to the service being done. It's just that once you get the stain protection added on at the end, etc. etc. it was just too much. My husband has forbidden me to ever call you guys again, because he feels we were "nickle and dimed" and basically taken advantage of. I think the most unreasonable thing is the stairs. I plan on doing a price comparison of other companies and comparing just the stair price. I feel that I tried to contact someone both on line and on the phone to tell them that it was a large job and that I wanted to know how it could be a package price rather than every stair, landing, vent, etc. that added up to so much.
How to make it right? I don't know unless there is a $500 limit for 5 hours work - that we could live with. I would be happy to talk to someone about this. Please do not take this back to Alfredo (the person that did the work) - he was wonderful.
Technician assures customer satisfaction. Carpets look new - I didn't think would look as good as they did.
I like my carpet when you're finished. It dries fairly quickly, the guy offered to help move any furniture that I needed him to. He liked my two mastiffs and I could trust him to be in my house while I was gone. You're awesome!
