Carpets look great!
When I called to schedule, I did this a couple weeks in advance so that I could choose a day that my kids would be back in school. I told the rep on the phone that I wanted to schedule that day specifically for that reason. The time that the cleaner came was 5:00 which was a very chaotic time of day. My kids had been home from school for a while. I was informed that I was his last appointment even though he did another job in Saratoga Springs right before. I'm not sure why he didn't come to our home first since we scheduled so far in advance. Also it was annoying that in previous phone calls to schedule and get prices no mention was made about the extra $30 per area for stain guard. This would have been nice information to know before the cleaner got there. He was trying to sell it, and although I appreciate him coming down in price, it was like he was negotiating with me when I told him that I wasn't interested. I didn't think that this seemed very professional. I am grateful that you accept credit cards, but I was shocked when the cleaner took my card and started typing my number in his i phone. This was the thing that probably annoyed me the most. I try very hard to protect my personal information, this does not seem like a professional secure way to take credit cards. How do I know what he will do with my information now that he has it saved in his phone? I feel like I need to monitor that account now. I think that he did a good job cleaning the carpets, but overall it was not a very positive experience. I don't think I could recommend your services.
My carpets look better than they have in the 5+ years I have lived in this house. It didn't give my house the wet carpet smell. The old stains have not resurfaced like they always have before several days after cleaning.
Clean up to the walls & cabinets. There were places I noticed that were not clean after the tech left and the carpet started to dry.
Fast drying time... usually. No residue to collect dirt later.
friendly, hardworking employees and that my carpets seem to stay cleaner longer. I loved how my blinds looked when I got them back -- nice to have them cleaned professionally.

I selected Zerorez because of the GREEN carpet cleaning with no harsh chemicals (and no residue). Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, and did a great job for us. I appreciate knowing about the variety of services that you offer.

it cleans my carpet better than any other carpet cleaning company
I was told the window was 2 to 5pm when i called after 4pm that day. They said it was 3 to 6pm. He came at 545pm. Huge waste of time.
It really was the best cleaning I have had on my carpet. The man who did the work was very nice and explained things well.
I love that there is no residue left in the carpet fibers and that the sanitizer used for the air duct cleaning was natural products.

I like the method. However the deals are not as good as they were last year. I use zerorez each year and the plus one service has been more generous in the past. I was a little dismayed this year at not being able to afford all that I wanted to do because of the seeming price increase. If I found another company that used the same method but with a better pricing structure, I would go with them.
