the carpet feels amazing now. It is so soft and looks like new. I cant believe he got out all the stains!
Technicians were more than 2 hours late then the next unit that I had cleaned they wanted to come 2 hours earlier than the window that was given. Making it so I had to be around for the entire day either waiting or cutting short what I had planned. Also I gave customer service specific instructions for calling and what number to call and they messed it up more than once. Finally the technician called and I gave him the correct information.
Carpets were cleaned ok other than I was told they could get out everything there was an area that didn't seem as clean on the steps of the business building I had cleaned.

I called your 800 number twice about the problem. When Jarett came out, I had him clean the three areas in the ad--including the hallway. He missed an area in the living room and an area that was part of the hallway. (door opens on a closet. Just underneath the door needed cleaning.) When I complained, I was told by the office that Jarrett himself would have to come out and re-clean. I said no. Jarrett told the office that I was trying to get him to "spot" the carpet where a cat had sprayed--yes I have pets and when I told Jarrett NO to the upsale on pet deodorizing that's when this all started. (I've loved Zerorez--and have referred at least 4 customers to you. I especially liked "Elias" or something like that--check your records--who always did a thorough job and I never had to 'check' his work.) He cleaned my hallway and just under the doors that opened onto it without trying to make it a "separate" job for more money. I had asked for him to come out on the day Jarrett cleaned but E was already busy. I won't make that mistake twice if indeed, I come back to Zerorez. (I left Stanley Steemer after 10 years for ZR.) After this mess--I think I'm going back.
The technician that came to our house was terrific! He explained things well, worked hard, and then checked to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We had the grout in our kitchen, hallway, and bathroom cleaned and sealed, and it looks wonderful. A few weeks before we had our carpets cleaned, and there was one area we felt didn't look as good as we would have liked it to look. We showed them the area (right in front of a high traffic doorway) and they cleaned it again. It looks much better this time, and we appreciated them doing it. We are really pleased with the work.
Your product was recommended to me by my mother. I had my carpets cleaned by your service for the first time a week or so ago. I want to see how long they stay clean before I make any comments. The serviceman was friendly, prompt and got the job done quickly.
The service tech was extremely nice. However, I am highly disappointed in the results of my couch. It doesn't look any better, in fact some of the spots that were cleaned are actually darker now even after is has dried.
There are spots on the front of the couch and on the back that weren't cleaned or touched at all.
I didn't expect perfection, But I did expect improvement. I was told it would be 20.00 a foot, (total 15 feet) and was actually charged 27.00 a foot and was told that included the entire couch. The entire couch was not cleaned.

cost determination, expense. Other carpet cleaners are much more liberal in their determination of square feet of carpet to be cleaned. Over $500 to clean just a portion of our rugs is rediculous. We won't be calling you again.
Very friendly and professional staff that was considerate of our needs. There was no pressure to upgrade the service or product, and staff was knowledgeable about different types of carpets and the best cleansing agents. There were a couple of dings in our paint along the baseboards and lower wall areas that I noticed and had to touch up with paint. Our worker either didn't realize the dings or maybe didn't want to mention them, but, regardless of that, I would recommend the company to friends.

The technician I felt was trying to make more money off me talking me into getting a stain protectant. He told me the total price of everything would be at the end, which I thought sounded reasonable so I agreed. When it came time for the bill it was much higher than I expected. I felt taken advantage of. He did a good cleaning although I thought it seemed rushed. To make things right I'd appreciate some respect being reimbursed in some way.
It cleaned really well! My only issue is I think the technition forgot to suck up the water on the stairs, they were very wet (enough to soak througha sock if stepped on).
Our carpets looked great and the lotion came out. The tech was also able to get 2 spots out of a room that I thought was a hopeless cause. He was very courteous and prompt.

We really like Porter and the way he presented and explained the services you offer. He took extra time to try and get difficult spots out. He brought a professional and caring feeling to the job.
We liked the smell of the house when he was done. Usually there is a "wet dog" smell after carpet cleaning but not with Zeroez. The carpets felt cleaner as well as looked great.
