I felt like your technician was constantly trying to upsale something to me and when I told him no thanks he wouldn't let it go! I probably spent a good 20 minutes listening to sales pitches. This is not what a want or need from my carpet cleaner. I can understand some recommendations but this was rediculous. On top of that, one of the carpets they cleaned still looks dingy. I did not have a good experience with Zerorez.
Workers were neatly dressed and very professional in communicating about the procedures and options of our cleaning job. We appreciated their care in doing a thorough job and leaving the house in order. The results: our carpets look refreshed, brighter, and are fresh and clean to the backing! Thanks for your good work!
Kudos to Isiasis and Mike, who were a great team. They worked hard to make the carpet look good again. I felt like they really cared about my carpet, my house, me.
Carpets look awesome, but customer service needs improvement. When I called on the phone and spoke to Daisy I was very specific with her on what I needed. She gave me a quote. After the carpets were done, the carpet cleaning tech quoted me a higher price. The tech would not work with me on the price and he told me that someone would call me on the same day to help me resolve my concern. Still no call from anyone :(
I liked how clean cut your technicians looked and acted. I still am happy with the look of my carpets. Stairs still look great!
Ist scheduled appointment was to arrive between 2-5, a three hour window. Tech called at 11:40 saying he was at my home ready to start. I was in SLC at the time originally going to arrive home at 1:00 ( an hour early for appointment). Instead I left work early and arrived home at 12:30. The tech said he had a job in Heber and would complete that and return in time for the scheduled appointmet. This was on a Saturday, I had move all funiture out of all areas to be cleaned and new funiture was being delivered on Monday. My wife and I had a wedding dinner at 7:30 the night of the appointment. The office called and said the tech would not make the appointment by 5:00. I told them if he could not make the appointment at 5:00 as originally agreed upon to cancel the appointment. We were left with all furniture moved out of the rooms and a garage full of delivered furniture on Monday morning. Zerorez did have a tech come out Monday morning and complete the job but we still had to move and assemble the new furniture ourselves on Tuesday after the carper dried. The delivery people could not return after the initial delivery.
If the original tech had called earlier I could have left work in time to arrive when he did. JUST SHOWING UP 21/2 HOURS EARLY IS UNACCEPTABLE!
Service man was tidy, neat in appearance and finished in a timely manner, asking any question that I asked. I was please with the cleaning joy.
You do a great job of cleaning - however, the last job I had you do was very frustraging in that the charges were more than I expected and I had to wait 2 hours longer than I was told you would be there. I waited out on the curb so that I could direct your truck to the right appartment in a condo complex and I was there for 2 hours even after calling to find out when you would come. That was very annoying.
The carpets look great and are not soaking wet after being cleaned. The staff is friendly and very helpful and they are very reliable.
I loved how my carpets weren't soaked in water afterwards.
So far we are happy with the way the carpet turned out. It is in a rental so we will have to see in a little while how it held up. We had you seal the grout and stained guard the carpet. We hope that it was worth the money. I liked Alfredo, he was nice, and informative,and seem efficient. At this point we would probably use you again.
When I called you back because of the stains re-occurring, the technician just kept saying that you did not warranty urine stains. Matt, my original technician never told me that the warranty did not cover this. So this guy would not re clean the areas. Also, when I originally got my bid, per phone, I was told that when the technician came out he would walk the area and re evaluate. I thought he would tell me i needed to do something different to get rid of my pet stains. He never suggested anything, I thought he would suggest another type of cleaning and he did not. You were supposed to be, the experts.
1. Confirm correct billing entity and address - I've used Zerorez three times in the last week, address wrong on all 3/3 times, billing entity wrong 2/3 times.
2. Provide a receipt for services.
We had two spots you missed
Living room carpet was NOT cleaned to my satisfaction. This carpet was one year old, exactly, and had no stain that should not have been removed by careful cleaning. All the furnishings had been removed from the room. Yet, after drying, one could clearly tell that the the rug was still dirty where it was dirty to begin with. Also, what happened to my three rooms for $79? The cleaner upsold my wife, initially asked for over $400, but she ended up paying $305 for four small rooms and a hallway. Unbelievable.

150 dollars to do the stairs was a ridiculous rip off.. I can't believe that it would cost that much. Frankly I am looking for another carpet cleaning company..
I just like everything about your products and the person who did the cleaning this time (I think his shirt said Manual) was very very nice. Your prices are good and I always feel like my carpets are really clean after they are cleaned by Zerorez. And I love how fast they dry. Thanks!

Nothing. If someone were to ask me which company we use, I would give them your number without hesitation. Our neighbor saw your truck here and asked how satisfied we were with your service. I highly recommended you. She said she will probably try you next time after being with Coit for many years.

The carpet is older, but I had expected it to be cleaner.

The results of your cleaning methods for carpets are excellent. I had a hard surface cleaned also and was very pleased with the result. The no residue promise makes so much difference in how clean the carpet is, but also in how the carpets stay cleaner longer. Your technician was friendly, thorough, and tidy. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaner I will use.
I have used your services many times. I have had my main level and hall and stairs done several times. This time however, it was my basement. Now I have a smell which I am not to happy with. Before, it was a nice clean smell. This time it is a damp smell. So I am not a very happy customer. Thank you Name removed

We wanted to have a protectant applied, and for some reason it wasn't. Not 100% sure where we went wrong - could have been on our side - but we just didn't get the desired outcome. To be clear, we think the cleaning result is great and the technician we use is helpful and professional.
