The carpets seem to stay cleaner longer than other carpet cleaners

The rugs cleaned from Zeroez look much better than other company's work that I had tried previously.
The cleaning is superb! I only wish that technicians could get to my house earlier.
I like knowing that chemicals and soaps won't be stuck in my carpet.

Cleaned really well
I felt like a lot of hidden charges popped up that were not originally discussed. Zero Rez rep indicated that it would be another $40.00 for protectant for each area after cleaning. I felt like this should have been added in the original quote as it was significant $280.00. Also, when he found spots, which is why I was getting my carpet cleaned anyway, he wanted another $30.00 for each of two "urine" sports and then "hoped" there would not be more. I just crossed my fingers that the $570.00 job estimate when he got there wouldn't keep going up. It did stop at $730.00 after he wanted to charge me $760.00 but I indicated to him he had actually told me $730.00 so he agreed on this amount. The rep was very nice and plesant and probably just doing his job but I felt like it was too full of suprises and quite a significant dollar amount more than what had been quoted even when he arrived and did the estimate.
Everything was an up sale, or an additional charge
I was more sold on Zerorez BEFORE i tried it. The stains are gone and the rugs look cleaner, but the path on one of the carpets doesn't look much different than before it was cleaned! in fact, now that it is thoroughly dry, i was going to call tomorrow and see if there is not something that can be done to fix that! It is pretty bad. To me, it seems there could've been something sprayed on that path as a pre-treatment to work while the other 2 carpets were being cleaned, then it would have cleaned up nicely when done. Do i still need to call, or is this notification sufficient? Also, I really like the technician, and feel he was careful and did a good job, but after he was through cleaning he evidentially dumped something on my strawberry bed and where he put it is dead as can be! no soap
We have not had the cleaning done yet, but our experience has been very frustrating so far. We requested a black light inspection. This was never performed due to broken equipment. The technician was late, even with a 3 hour window. There have been scheduling issues and, had I not called the person cleaning would have been different than the technician who inspected our house and knew our situation. I really hope the cleaning goes well so I can turn this negative experience into a positive experience.

Quick, clean service, fast drying product.
You use no chemicals in cleaning the carpets. The technician was very courteous and asked me to look over all of the areas to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. I was very pleased and the technician was very good. In fact, a friend of mine was at my house and she had him clean her stairs.

The Cleaning
We were suprised at the depth of the cleaning. we thought we would have to replace some carpet and once it was cleaned with Zerorez we realized there was no need to have a replacement. Person explained the process and was most helpful.
It was fast and the carpets look great! I was worried about chemicals on my carpets for my kids so Zerorez was a perfect alternative. I wondered how clean they would come out and I was amazed. The carpets never looked better and the service was wonderful.

The technician was very good and friendly, he knew about the process and wasn't pushy or rude. My carpets are very clean and the fact that there is no soapy residue is great.
You do a good job cleaning my carpets and I feel confident about allowing the children I teach in my music classes to roll and crawl on the carpets without worrying about allergic reactions and knowing that the carpets are really clean.

Appointment was not scheduled correct when we talked the first time. Prices are going higher. Have a teeney weeney hallway that is considered one room and $20 for another teeney hall! Last year you considered my steps one room. Had to pay additional per stair this year. Just seems like you got us coming and going this year.
For the carpets that I got cleaned you can see the Wand spots to where the suction was stronger in places the carpet in some places still looks dirty like I did not even get them cleaned.
I would almost like to have the carpets Re-Done .. I spent $284 and they still look pretty dirty
