You did not arrive during the time window provided. Therefore, my employee had to stay late, and the next morning when we had patients, our floors were still wet! Very unprofessional!
the carpet is very soft, more like when it was new
I was impressed with the quality of cleaning that ZeroRez performed, but I was EXTREMLEY disappointed and frustrated with how long it took my carpets to dry. As soon as the techs left my home, I opened up all the windows, set my HVAC to heat and turned all the fans in my home on. That was at 1pm. At 6 pm, my carpets we still too wet to replace my furniture. Once we came home for the night, at 10pm, my carpets were still damp and in some places wet. We woke up the next day and there were still places in our home that the carpets felt damp. I've never had that longing a dry time when my carpets were cleaned. It was 100% unacceptable. For that reason alone, I will probably not use ZeroRez in the future.

Loved the tech that came to clean my carpet. He was nice, helpful and very kind. Nicki the customer service rep. was rude and very unhelpful. I had sch. my appt a week prior so I could get a morning an appt. I received the phone call about my appt time which was 2 in the afternoon. When I asked Nicki she said I should have requested a morning appt. I told her I did and that was why I sch a week out. She was rude and I was totally unimpressed with her. Would not come back because of her.

We were very happy with the quality of the work, carpets and upholstery look great. Thought the pricing was a little steep, our only reservation. We didn't do any price comparisions, so maybe this is industry standard?
Technician was very thorough and up front about all areas of our home ~ I knew before he started what to expect. The carpet was beautiful when completed ~ best job we have ever had done! Our technician William was awesome ~ he was so pleasant! He helped me understand problem areas and explained everthing in detail. We will definately call Zerorez in the future!
Prices seemed higher than competitors. I would have liked some education as to why you are a little more expensive. Also, I was not expecting an upsell push. I was under the impression that your service is better from the start so I did not expect the same upsells as the other guys. Special anti microbial for one room, etc.
My carpet is pretty old and I told them I was just looking to clean it. But they said protectant would help preserve the life. My carpet is pretty matted down and I told them I do not expect any miracles. I plan to replace it in the next 2 - 3 years. Yet they still wanted to tell me I should use the protectant when i told them i already view the carpet as "Past recovery" and I just want it cleaned. But still, more sales pitch on "The magical protectant." I thought they would have taken the hint from the condition of my carpet to begin with. So this turned me off and made me feel that they didn't understand my personal needs and where more interested in a "Sale" or being "Right" when I said I didn't want the anti-microbial, etc.
I enjoy the fact that you can get almost anything out of the carpet. I like that the dry time is quicker.
The technicians seem to be just as interested in me getting my money's worth as I am. They have valuable suggestions and strive for complete satisfaction.
I like that it is chemical free.
We have not been impressed with the Zerorez. For a company that promotes little water use and fast dry time it sure was not the case for us. The carpet took 18 hours to be dry enough to move furniture backinto the areas. The carpets were so water logged. Additionally, the carpet we has had a bad smell since the cleaning. The cleaner took 30 minutes to clean three large spaces, when in the past we have had carpet cleaners take 2 hours to clean the same areas and we have never had to wait a full day for our carpet to dry or to have our carpets smell worse after a cleaning.
The carpets dried quickly and it's safe/non-toxic for cats. That is the biggest reason I called Zerorez in the first place! They were great!

There were some spots that didn't come out, in some high-use areas. The steps don't look particularly clean either.
I felt like the service was a nice man, a little pushy with exra things however. I felt like it was rushed not deeply cleaned. I also walked into a room while being cleaned and the cleaner didn't even have the light on. The small easy spots that my bosses could get out we're still there. Also there are new blackish small spots? My master closet was never cleaned I asked for it to be? Thanks for listening.

I really like how thorough you are and have for the most part really liked the techs that have come out. I like that my carpet is not crunchy after it's cleaned. I just feel like it's a great deal for the great price.
