I like Zerorez's system. Very happy with the service. The technician Esaias was friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning. He offered me extras that he thought I might like.
The gentleman who came to my home was very polite and respectful of my home. He explained all services - when I did not want a service, there was not any sales pressure! The carpets looks great!

I love how fast the cleaning service was and how well the carpets were cleaned! All the juice spills from my toddler came out as if the spills never happened! When I called the office because I had missed a call from the technician, the lady was very confused and didn't seem to know what was going on. She didn't know I was scheduled for that morning and gave me a different day of service. She confirmed my name and then a completely different address. She was very friendly, however. I had specifically requested a 30 minute call prior to the tech showing up as I was treating patients at a different clinic that morning. The tech didn't call until he was waiting outside an empty office. Tech was courteous, professional and his work looked good. It doesn't reflect well on the business to have this type of confusion in the main office. Despite the hang ups, pleased with my experience.
I called Zero Rez after having my carpets cleaned to tell them of 2 problem areas in the cleaning process. I got a recording that said "leave your name and number" and they would return my call as soon as possible. Never heard from them. Other than those two areas the carpet looks beautiful!
My carpets look new again! We spent nearly $10,000 on our carpet and were very careful with our shoes, etc. for the first little while since it is pretty light. Over the last few years we have gotten less careful and we started to have a dark "path" throughout the house. I was very anxious to see how Zerorez would clean my expensive carpet, especially since there were no cleaning agents involved. I had heard from friends that Zerorez did a good job but I had never used them myself. There are many other companies out there that are less expensive but I decided to listen to my friends and pay a little extra. Oh my gosh--my carpets look awesome!! And I love that the carpets were dry quickly and that there were no chemicals used. I have little ones around and that is important to me. I will 'invite' Zerorez back again next time I need my carepts cleaned. Not to mention the guy who came to clean my house was careful with my house and furniture and I appreciate that. Thank you so much! I am a very satisfied and happy customer.

I would like to have some kind of official company receipt when you take my rugs to be cleaned, similar to what a jeweler gives when I leave a valuable piece of jewelry with them. I was left a scrap of ripped paper, written on it, said you had taken my Chinese silk rug. Additionally, I was told that I would get my rug in 2 weeks, a month later I emailed about the rug and received a phone call that it was ready and would be delivered the next day.
The theroy which seems to be solid and from what I can tell factual. I have used you twice and the service is above the rest.

Flexibility and the service

I have no complaints about the cleaning--it looks great. The frustration we had was that we were told that our appointment would be between 11-2pm. I called at 2:30 when no one had arrived, and was told that the appointment was actually from 2-5pm. This was quite inconvenient, since I had to move around my schedule and make arrangements with a baby sitter (the reason why we had you clean our upholstery and carpets is because our son is very allergic to the construction dust in our house after remodeling, and cannot even go inside without a severe reaction, so he couldn't be there with me while I waited for the technician). The tech did arrive within the second time frame, at about 4:30. He worked quite efficiently and seemed to do a good job of everything. When he was finished, he tried to process my payment, but due to a recent update in your computer system, was unable to put the couch cleaning under the right category. He called the office and they told him a couple of times to keep trying. He was there an additional two hours trying over and over again to process the payment. Finally, the office agreed to do the transaction for him. They entered the security code on the back of my card incorrectly (resulting in endless calls from the Visa Fraud Protection Service). When they finally got the card number right, everything went through just fine, but by then it was after 8pm. So basically, what we planned on taking about 3 hours in the early afternoon ended up being an over 9 hour (and nearly $500) commitment (not including babysitting). The cleaning seems to be very good, but not worth it to a busy mom on a budget. I don't know what your compensation policy is, but we'd like to hear about it.
