Fast dry, it seams like you really clean and leave a lot less dirty water in the carpets when you go
I agreed to send my oriental rug to you for cleaning. I specifically said I had to have it back by Oct. 1. And also that I would be home today, Tuesday Sept. 18, after noon so it could be picked up. I have already paid for the service. No one came. I called and was told they called to pick it up this morning -- what part of I WON'T BE HOME IN THE MORNING IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND?... and the person who could pick it up was done for the week and my rug wouldn't be picked up until next week. So basically there's no way I'll get my rug back by the 1st, and in the meantime it sits rolled up in my living room for another week? No, I will not be recommending your company to anyone.
They were able to schedule my cleaning withing just a couple of days from my call. Fast and efficient!

There were a couple spots that didn't come clean. I don't think they are the type of spots that are impossible to come clean.
They do a great job! The tech is professional, efficient and courteous. I will never use any other carpet cleaning company!

Have the invoice or at least a price list to help understand what we are paying for each area. I have never had a company want ME to move all the furniture AND do the vacuuming. They always had a really heavy duty vacuum before the cleaning.

Come when you say you're going to come, and if you can't make it, CALL. I waited from 3:00 to 6:00 (the time window you gave me 2 days in advance)and nobody came or called to say sorry. Finally I called at 6:30 and found out that you were running late, and someone could be there in 35 minutes. That's over an hour past the window we agreed on. Next time, you should call when you realize you won't make it during the time window. Don't assume that we have nothing to do but sit around waiting for you. We are all busy too.
HOW FAST THEY WORK AND THAT THE CARPET RELLY LOOKS CLEAN, I KNOW IN THE PAST WE HAVE HAD OUT CARPETS CLEAND AND THEY LOOKED GREAT WET BUT WHEN DRY WELL IT WAS A DIFFERENT STORY. MY CARPETS LOOKED GOOD WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED AND STILL LOOK THE SAME THANKS

Carpets are very clean. It was quick. The man doing the cleaning was very personable, and knowledgeable. The only thing is that it took two days for some of the carpet to dry instead of 4-6 hours.
When my carpet dried, it wasn't as clean as I expected. It was still "dirty" looking in a few traffic areas. I'm assuming that the carpet must be worn but not sure. I also feel like the price was a bit higher than I want to pay. I've used other services and never had to pay as much as I did with zerorez. I like BOSS Systens and will probably try them again next time.

I have used Zerorez many times so I am familiar with your services. I don't like it when the carpet shampooer/salesman keeps hassling me to spend more or to do this or to do that. If I say "no" to one thing he comes up with another and if I say "no" to that he comes up with another. I realize this may bring the company more revenue but as a customer I don't appreciate it.
the first two times i had zero rez, i was thrilled/ last time was disapointing/ I was charged $80. for one room and a center of another/ no spotting for returning spots. he said it was %50, a spot. He wanted $400. for rug front and back and the spotting. We were unable to communicate, (language barrier) It was a very frustrating experience.Oh, and the $25.discount for the last feedback was invalid because in the fine print it could not be used with the $79. 3 room deal.
