I didn't like the heavy up saleing because of that i might think twice
I think an ad that had your services on it would be better
The carpet was extremely wet. The carpet in two rooms buckled. We called Zerorez to ask about the situation and were told it was because the backing of the carpet was wet and it would probably go back to normal but if not, they would come and re-stretch it. That was disturbing to think the carpet would have to be re-stretched.. The carpet is also quite stiff to walk on after it has finally dried.
Just be careful to clean close to the baseboards and corners on the tile. Everything was other wise done very well. Very helpful and friendly.
I was given the time slot of 3-6. The day of my appointment a girl called and said they had a cancellation and could come around 1. I told her that wouldn't work for me so we should just keep the 3-6. She then said that when someone cancels they move everyone up and she asked if someone could open up my house for them to come in. I told her no and that I needed to keep the 3-6 time. So then that day at 12:30 a man called me and said he would be at my house in about a half an hour. I told him I wasn't home and I wouldn't be until 3. So then 3 o'clock came then 4 o'clock then 5 o'clock. Then at 5:30 a girl called and said the truck broke down and would be there in a half hour. Well it was 6:10 when I called and they said they couldn't come and would reschedule for the next day from 11-2. Well 2 o'clock came the next day and no one was here. So I called and they said someone could be there in 45 min. Well they came and did a good job and threw in an extra room for the hassle. I was just very frustrated I had to live with my house in dissaray for more than 24 hours when I was expecting just an afternoon.
I think that upon completion of the cleaning, raking the carpet to raise the nap further as Chris has done in my own home seems to improve the overall look and lasting esthetics of the carpet.
When he did the carpet at 6789 South 950 East on Wednesday, the 11th of July, that was not done and I can visibly see the difference. I would like to request that he return to do this, especially on the stairs where the wear patterns were greater. It does make a difference. Our tenant has moved in, however, so we will have to coordinate. My overall satisfaction with Zerorez is very favorable and I appreciate all the help Chris has given me and those that have tried to schedule to help me with time slots have been great! Thank you all! First name removed Thompson Price. I would ot call any other company to do my carpets!!
The technician was very personable, efficient and wore his booties. My carpet looked brand new again. Unfortunately my cat peed on the newly cleaned carpet.
I think your prices are a bit high.

The service was very thorough and detailed. The technician spent a lot of time looking and analizing the problem areas and seeking the best solution. My carpet was damp but not soaked and smelled fresh not full of chemicals.
Cleaned things off the carpet that I never thought would come out. Very friendly, courteous technicians.

I want to reserve judgment for awhile until I see how well the results last. At first glance, the carpet looks good, but I want to see what it looks like in a couple of weeks or so. (i.e. have any of the stains reappeared, how does it look after normal traffic on it, and how does the protection they put on seem to be working. Ask us asgain in a month or so.

My carpets looked great! The carpets were so dirty that I was about to buy new carpet but i am glad that I had zerorez come and clean them instead. I saved a lot of money and time!
Service was prompt and the tech Alfreado did a great job. We had to have the pet care treatment and it was fine until the next day and the stains started to come through again. The office set up another appointment to have the tech come back out to redo the stains next week. We are very happy with Zerorez and the tech was excellent.

The carpet looks like new
I did not know what time you were coming. I asked to be contacted by email. I sent an email yesterday at about the same time you arrived. It was a huge inconvience as people were leaving to work. Also I was under the impression that I paid for four room or 800 sq. ft. Is that correct or not? I planned on have our stone floor cleaned but I had already left for work and did not have time to make other arrangements.

Customer service on phone, flexibility and I called on Saturday, Zerorez was there on Monday p.m. as I desired. 2 other companies I had called prior were not able to fit me in.
I like that your technicians are very professional, efficient, courteous, clean, and honest. They also don't pressure you into having other services performed in your home that Zerorez offers. My technicians have always been able to get the tough stains out of the carpet that I have concerns about. My carpets always look like new after they have cleaned them. Thanks Zerorez!
I'd like to know about the carpet protection and extra charge for tough stains before you come out to my house. I was prepared to pay the special price ($79) plus tax and ended up paying around $190 for the carpet protection and the extra charge for tough stains.
First of all, William did a wonderful job cleaning our very old carpet. Working hard on the worst spots. I also like the idea of no chemicals being put on or left in our carpet. I know very well that truck mount carpet cleaning is the best in the industry. So I was very satisfied with your equipment. Thank you.
