I paid $50 for a pet "treatment" that he told me I had to pay in order to get rid of the pet urine in one room and that the pet would not return due to this "stuff" you have. Nope got the stains...pet still wants to go there....Also, my son said once it dried..."Mom, it feels like I spilled milk on my carpet"...yep...that dry crusty feeling. My friend suggested you guys...uses you ALL the time...I am not sure....the tech was a nice guy. Now I have my entire house to do but I will be shopping around.

Seems to clean very well. After 18 months, we have very little dirt showing and usually dirt shows up not too long after a carpet cleaning. Of course, we ask everyone to remove shoes at the door - that may be one reason.

I appreciated very much knowing in advance what would be done and how much it would cost so that when the cleaning was done there were no unexpected charges. All of my questions were answered so I completely understood what was being done and how.

Service is pretty expensive with any kind of extras pet stain treatment, protectant, stairs or landings. Other than that, the cleaning is very good. My carpet looks clean.

Have a better way to get discounts online - seems a litte bit archaic that the 3 areas for $89 or $79 doesn't come up when you select that online. Also, the price changed dramatically once the technician came out which I feel like is a big bait and switch tactic that I didn't not appreciate. I am happy with my carpets getting cleaned but not happy with the price and internet request, that is all.

That the carpet stays clean longer and does not have residue in it. I also like the way if fluffs up the carpet almost like new.

Total cost of $340 is just to much for hour and a half work. Mission creep of cost is a problem

I know my carpet is old and was very dirty. One area is where my kids spilled a drink of some type and so I pointed it out. Your technician worked hard to get out most every stain and even the high traffic areas look better. Because he used so much water we put fans out and let it dry for almost 24 hours. The carpet looks much better, except where the drink was spilled. It was stiff and sticky. I had to go get my sister's steam cleaner to get the sticky feeling out. I don't think the stain will every be gone, but it was disappointing to have it left so sticky.

I like the result of the cleaning itself.

The customer service has been outstanding so far. I look forward to the next visit.

Very quick, clean and professional. Our carpet looks and smells great. The person told us about other things he could do for us, but he was not pushy. I really like that.

My carpet had some spots and dark paths from walking and now it looks great. I often have bare feet in my house and I can feel a definite difference in how soft and clean the carpet feels. I am very happy with the cleaning and the stain resistance treatment.

Equipment and Process - High Suction Steam

we had the air ducts cleaned. the employ was new had no experiance. the vents did not get cleaned. the vaccum brush was warn and useless.i had to move the corner protectors around myself.he didnot know anything about cleaning the cold air returns. after he left i put in a new air filter and turn on the heater. i took a leaf blower to the vent and blew out tuns of dust, lint, bugs and little blue pieces from his brush. i saved the dirty air filter for proof. a refund is how u can make it right. my family has used zerorez several times for carpet. i would like to talk to a rep. about how unsatified i really am. Your service people are always here within the time you give and they always call when they are about 20-30 minutes out. This is very helpful. They work hard and my carpets are always beautiful when they are done. Thank you Zerorez.

We liked the service by Clemente and his friendliness. He cleaned our carpets and then came back to clean furniture. He was upfront and honest about what he could and could not do. We appreciated that.

I think Zerorez does an excellent job. The carpets looked great. Service personnel were very friendly. My only disappointment was with the online registration service. The options were too limited. I couldn't specify that I was requesting service for a different location. I wasn't able to choose a more specific time for the work to be done. And so, I thought when they called to finalize the appointment I would be able to tell them morning or afternoon. I was not. I was assigned late afternoon and that didn't fit my schedule. Thankfully, they had a cancellation and were able to come earlier. Also, I think there needs to be more information online for choosing the work and price options. I had six rooms. I marked the 3-room for $69 option with a 2. In reality, I could only use that option once. So, in the future, I will call and make my appointments so that I can have better information and more input into when the service will occur. This doesn't take away from the fact that I think they did a great job! I will use them again.
