This was the first time I have ever used Zerorez, and I was skeptical that it would work. I had several areas that were very soiled with grease and dirt. In fact, we were going to replace the carpet because it was so bad. After talking to a neighbor who had used your services, I decided to give it a try. I was shocked to see the stains had actually come out. We took some before and after pictures as proof!
No smells. Very clean. Great job by the technician!

The technician that came to our home did an excellent job getting some bad stains out of our carpet. He even removed fingernail polish that a little neighbor girl spilled on my daughters light cream carpet! I was very pleased.
The service technicians are very professional and are willing to help in any way. We have been a Zero Rez customer for many years and love the quality of the cleaning and the way our carpets turn out after its done. I would highly recommend Zerorez for anyones carpet cleaning needs.
My experience with Zerorez was a good one the technician was knowledgable and informative. I would request him again. I am finding however that the areas that were cleaned seem to be taking an unusual amount of time to dry, most in areas just off the "main" paths (the edges). I also had an area that appeared to have animal urine. The precleaning spray was amazing and appeared to lift the spot immediately. The tech also did deep cleanse of the area (2 flushes) but as it drys it appears to be showing a bit. Over-all, with all completed the duct clean out and carpets I am satisfied with the work...... Thank You
The advertised price of $69 grew too quickly to $250 and I felt ripped off by the time the Zerorez person left. I noticed that the $50 to spray the carpet to protect it from further stains was put on rather in a "hit and miss" barely covered and wondered if the treated carpet was completely treated? I really enjoyed the Spanish man who came, he was polite and worked hard and quickly.
I have severe allergies to fragrances (among other things), and had no reaction to having my carpets and upholstered chairs cleaned by Zerorez. I didn't have to leave the house! The spots were cleaned away on both the carpets and upholstery, and the stairs look better than they have for years, with the dirt and oils that contributed (along with wear) to matting them down in the middle of the steps. I love Zerorez! Thank you!!
The cleaning was very good but the carpets took almost 24 hours to dry. We were disappointed in how long it took.
Even though my carpet is light and 8 years old, after it gets cleaned by Zerorez it looks brand new. And the time is takes my carpet to dry it great. It takes only about 4 hours!
I like the fact that you do not use harsh chemicals and soaps to clean the carpets. Also your representative was very good about explaining things to me and letting me know of his concerns. He worked very hard to do a good job for me and to make me a satisfied customer. He also cleaned the grout on my tile floors and they look so much better! Thanks so much!
My carpets look and feel very clean and there is no chemical smell during or after the process.
The care in keeping from getting the carpet dirty by wearing the "footsies" and the special water developed by Zerorez to keep from soap suds building up in our carpet. Your technician was very informative and helpful in suggestions on how we can maintain our carpet in the future after he left.
It is clean. I mean clean. No chemicals left on the carpet. It smells great....not bleachy.

Mostly, I liked how I didn't have to wait 2 days for the carpet to dry. They were very efficient as well. They did the job quickly, but not sloppy.
