You got the stains out of my carpet, and they didn't come back a few weeks later. Also, the carpet overall looked cleaner.
Eddy was a hard worker & did a great job but the price was several hundred dollars more than we expected.
carpet dried fast, and is very clean, also doesn't have any suds on the carpet.
I felt like your product was able to get out a lot of the dirt and that the company and the person who came to clean them were professional.
My only complaint was that the price was so much higher than originally quoted over the phone.

I like that you have a self contained unit that allows you to do all the cleaning more quickly and efficiently. The carpets looked wonderful after you were through.
The work was done very professionaly. Your technician was respectful to me and my property. Furthermore he was very skilled at his job. With me service is the most important part of any body who I choose to do business with. Your man hit the mark.
You can be sure I will recommend your company to my associates. Your product is a good one however your service is second to non.
He did a good job quickly. The extra services he performed seemed expensive ie. two small scatter rugs counting as the third room, $25 to glue/seam a 2 foot section of carpet and $20 per room for scotchgard.I'm still waiting for my invoice which he said he would email to me.

I live in an apartment with no access for the trucks nearby. The portable machine was not reliable. When the cleaner came the first time, the machine did not work, so they had to come back another day, The second time, they still had problems with the machine, but were able to fix it and get my carpets cleaned that day. I was happy with the job they did and the guys were very friendly. I was also offered a discount and Boondocks gift card for the inconvenience. So, very happy with the service, and would recommend Zerorez, but not for apartments where a portable would have to be used.

They worked when others hadn't
Kastin is patient and works hard to please me. This is the second time he has done one of our homes and I am pretty happy with the outcome.

I like having my carpets cleaned without soap or harsh chemicals. My cleaner was very nice and did a really nice job.
I couldn't believe how much better my old carpet looked after Zerorez finished cleaning it. I didn't think it could look that good. There is actually a little bit of life left in my carpet that really surprised me!

The guy who cleaned our carpet was very good to work with and worked to do a good job. At the time he left, we were feeling pretty good about things.
Now that it has been a week, we are very disappointed with all of the spots that are showing up again. We have never had spots come back like this.
