Carpet looks great and service was excellent.
A bunch of the Carpet treatment / protectant was spilled at the entrance to.the Master bedroom discoloring the carpet and making very rough and crunchy. I called the tech that treated the carpet to inform him and he told m to vacum it 4 times which did not help. I'm very dissatisfied!

Prices are a bit high
I like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals. The carpets feel soft after they dry with no residue. I wasn't completely satisfied with the technician that came out and cleaned a few weeks ago. Filled out feedback request, and received phone call the next day to send out another technician to redo our carpets. Chris came out and done an awesome job!

The carpet was completely dry within a couple of hours
With other services the carpets seem to look dirty very soon after, but this time they are looking clean much longer.
No "stuff" left behind. I cleaned my carpets with a shampooer and after a couple weeks they were filthier than before I cleaned them!
I liked how good my carpets looked after they were clean. The tech that cleaned my carpets was very nice and explained everything to me.
I was happy about spending the amount of money for the work that was done. We had a do and a baby do their damage to the carpet, and seriously, looked almost new again. It helps too that Clemente, the worker, was very fair on the price and very friendly to my family.
