You were not able to get the stains out of either rug that was cleaned. And The one small spot on one carpet edge wa still there as well.

The first time I used you I was completely satisfied but this time the technician did
the job is a third of the time and I was not as happy. He said that the carpets were as
clean as they could be but it was not like the first time I used your company. I like the
process and I will use you again but I will just stay right with the guy and make sure he
does a better job.
I had a thorough and hard-working employee in my home who was very pleasant and courteous. He made suggestions for treatments that I felt were helpful. I also feel relief in knowing that if an area didn't come out as well as expected, a second effort will be made. We have dark brown carpet so, until it is dry, it is hard to see how good it looks, so the return feature is important to me.
I like that Zerorez doesn't use soaps to clean carpets. There is no soapy residue. The technicians are always nice and professional.
