Really liked the feel and look of the carpet at the end. Not crusty or stiff. Looked like it gave new life to the carpet!

The smell of the cleaning solution was very strong, which we did not like. Two days after the cleaning, we have dark streaks in two of the rooms. We first thought it was not yet dry but they have not gone away. The man -Ben- who cleaned was very nice and personable and we have no negative comments about him. We don't want to go thru wet carpet again to have the dark streaks removed so we will just live with them. We would be interested to know what caused these streaks. We have never encountered them before in previous carpet cleanings.

the fact that you don't use soap or chemicals that will leave the residue that attracts dirt soon after the carpets are cleaned, and also that most of the stains on our carpet were removed with your cleaning.

Hoses and machines were dripping water on floors not being cleaned. I also had to wipe water from the edge of the carpet on my wood floor.
It took many hours for the carpets to dry (more than 24)!
One worker said he would rake the carpet, but I had to remind him of that as they were about to leave. And, I am not confident that the promised 'Scotch Guard' was applied everywhere as they seemed in too much of a hurry and I only saw them do one room. I don't know how to check if the others were protected...
We left to go out of town on business just two days after the service, so I've not been able to really check as I would like. We will return this Sunday.
I also had my kitchen granite cleaned and sealed, but I'm not confident it was as thorough as it should be, therefore, did I get my money's worth???????

The tech was really nice and did a great job. Scheduling was really poor. This is a business. I kept having to reiterate that we have hours that the service needed to be completed by. There was little consideration for that. Appointments were in a window that ended up not working so that I could go home in a timely manner and even coming in early to accomidate the schedule they didnt come until way past the time frame. I really like the quality of the cleaning and the techs. I am not impressed with the assumption that I want to stay overtime/come in early/come in on a day off and wait for a 3 hour window plus cleaning time to accomidate your schedule.

Too much additional costs once the guy was here. Just tell us the total when we schedule so we know what to expect. Let us know of additional charges for pet odors and protectant.

Promptness and thoroughness

A more exact time window would be good.

The tile kitchen floor was not cleaned thoroughly, especially along the walls where you can see strips or patches of dirt that were missed. There was some kind of sealant that was supposed to be placed on the tile after the cleaning, I saw no evidence of this. We spent a lot of money to get this cleaning done, almost $500.00 dollars, and I was disappointed. Also, there are some dirty water marks on the carpet in our family room that were not there before.
