Great job cleaning the tiled floor and the carpeted area! Getting the grout sealed, as advised by the zerorez guy was a great idea, but came out a bit too pricey. Good Results though!
My tech was very professional, friendly and courteous! He did a fabulous job on my white carpets!!! I have never had an unpleasant experience with Zerorez and I continue to recommend your company to clients, family and friends!!

The technician was professional and did a fantastic job cleaning my white couches and area rugs. I'm sensitive to perfume smells and after he was finished I was very happy with the fresh smell.

I have had my carpets cleaned by 2 other companies in the past 2 years and my carpets never really looked much better once they were done. However, after having my carpets cleaned last week by Zerorez, my carpets truly look fantastic! We have very light colored carpeting, which is even on the stairs, and I am delighted at how clean it looks now!

Good service
I was very clear upfront I would provide exact measurements and pictures in order to avoid price haggling at the start. Of course there was the annoying questioning of size and trying to up charge right off the bat.
My carpet is one year old (and high quality) and my couches are only 6 months old. This are a handful of “stains” that I knew of going in to the carpet cleaning. These stains are all from some liquid being spilled and dirt gathering. They are dirty marks and not a wine stain, or juice, or anything. My usual carpet cleaner would have no worries getting those out. Not one came out from the cleaning we received.
I looked at the time stamps and see the cleaners were at my house for 2.5 hours on a $700+ job. I don’t think they put any more effort then just running over the whole job as fast as possible.
Couch cleaning was ridiculous. There is no way they cleaned all the cushions.
Overall, it was terrible work and I will go back to Chem Dry that actually cleans.
The technician was very polite and arrived in a timely fashion. My review is low because the rug he cleaned looked no different when he left from when he arrived. He reassured me and my husband it was because of high traffic and wear. Our bathroom looked great! But the rug was my major concern and it looks the exact same.
We’ve had our carpets cleaned before and they are always rough on the surface afterward. We were extremely impressed with how much better they looked after this cleaning. Very affordable pricing as well. We plan on doing our tile soon as well.
Everything from start to finish
The tech arrived early, he was quick and efficient and was careful to treat areas that needed extra care and attention. My carpets feel great and I am so pleased to have them return.
All stays did not come out.
We had a wonderful technician who was friendly and worked hard to get our dirty carpets looking like new. We have a new puppy who has had many accidents and he got the stains and smells out of even the subfloors. Very happy customers!
10 would be perfection. I don't know anything that rate a 10.
The technician was knowledgeable and efficient
The gentleman that clean dark carpet was very professional an extremely nice. We are in a rental and there were still a lot of stains from the previous tenants. He was able to get most everything out! We were very pleased.

The couple of spots that were "pre-treated" near the living room entry "lifted" back up several days later. I still have a need to TREAT/REMOVE them permanently. Any suggestions?
