I was able to set the appointment on the day I'd hoped for (2 days after calling in I had a day off work). The service tech arrived on time after texting to tell me he was on the way, and my carpets came out really well. I was happy with the service.
My carpet looked exactly the same as it did before carpet cleaning. I got my carpet cleaned back in February and it looked so much cleaner and my carpet was dirtier. This time around it looks like nothing was done at all even on the places that had no spots. Very disappointed and will not be using services again.

Was told it would come clean when I asked him and it did not...
Can’t even tell one rug was cleaned at all.
And then he put the protector on over the dirty rug. Says it’s not dirty just worn fibers but it’s the color of dirt still!
The rug in dining room actually is ruined. Took the color out in In one area and it’s not clean either. It’s also crunchy and feels terrible on our feet.
I will have to replace two out of the three

The young man who cleaned my carpets could not have been more professional and helpful. He offered ideas to keep my carpet clean, was very respectful and did an AMAZING JOB!

Joe was fantastic!! Very patient with my talkative special needs nephew. The rugs were awful before a lot of pet stains!! He treated them all and this 20 year old rug looks great. Can not thank him enough. Love the water!!
The scheduling process was seamless. I was notified promptly confirming my appointment, and was notified that the tech was running ahead of schedule. Our tech, Rachel, was very professional and thorough. Our carpets look amazing! She was very forthright with her assessment and she exceeded our expectations. I found ZEROREZ to be quite economical as well.
The technician was prompt, professional and thorough. I love that my carpets are soft and clean after service without the usual stuff feeling of other services as well as no chemical odors.
