I was disappointed with the results.I thought a bit more effort could have been put forth on the heavily traveled areas of the carpet. I like the process but when there are areas that are dirtier than others than put forth the extra effort and maybe additional cleaner to remove more of the dirt in those more traveled areas. I understand there are times when the carpet is just worn out but if extra effort and the service don't meet normal expectations then a repeat customer is not likely to occur.

Zerorez did a great job cleaning my carpets. J.D., The technician, took the time to make sure to work on "heavy traffic areas". And he gave me ideas of how to get the carpet softer and get rid of even more odor out of the carpets.
He also checked in with me several times to make sure I was happy with results. I woudl give them and A+ and recommend JD and Zerorez to anyone!

I have used other services and hands down Zerorez exceeded my expectations. I like the up front honest estimates, the communication on service, the professional techs. To top it off both my carpet and tile looked new, without the dirt showing back up upon drying. My carpet was not crunchy. I even took pictures as I was impressed at how good it came out.

The first cleaning completed by Tate was done poorly and left an absolute mess. Frankly the floors were cleaner before. When the second crew came out on the same day, they too appeared surprised by how it was left. We were satisfied with the results the second time but were disappointed we committed more than half our day to this cleaning project.

Very courteous and professional. Noticeable difference in the carpet and tile after cleaning.

Tate was a great technician and cleaned/sealed all of the light tile in the house. He used natural products that lifted the dirt from the tile and grout. Tate even had to use some elbow grease for the tough stains in the kitchen area. He was careful to protect walls from the hoses used in the cleaning, and provided booties for members of the household to wear to protect the floors until they were completely dry. Very respectful and courteous! We will use them again! Great job! Check out the before, during and after pics...awesome!

Collagen is the only product of your I use. And its great.

They just use water and natural ingredients, no harsh chemicals.
