The whole experience and our tech Chris was great start to finish. On time, efficient. Carpets and upholstery came as clean as advertised. Everything dried very quickly from the cleaning. I highly recommend them!

I was told the technician would be wearing a mask and booties,,,,and I thought gloves. My husband had to tell him to put his mask on properly and he never wore any booties. He gave us booties to wear until the carpet dried. No gloves either and having to sign that tablet/cell phone seems unsanitary especially having to sign twice. Once to acknowledge the work he had done and he went over recommendations for drying and another for I believe was payment. This should be contactless....just mine and my husbands thoughts.
The main kitchen floor looks wonderful and the people are always courteous, I just don't like having to get on my hands and knees to "clean up" the areas by the kickplate and the doorway. I'm not sure if your equipment doesn't allow, but every time, the floor under the lip of the kitchen cabinets and some corners in the room are not clean. Also, the floor continues into the pantry. I understand maybe the pantry isn't considered part of the room, but you can see a line where it was cleaned with the door shut. If they would just open the door and do the doorway, it wouldn't show when you walk in the kitchen.
The main reason we called was to clean several spots in the master bedroom. We also had other bedrooms done. We are very pleased with the other bedrooms; carpet looks like new. However, the spots, though lighter, remain in the master bedroom.
Environmentally safe and cleans the carpet beautifully.
