The technicians were polite, respectful, and efficient. Few things are more gratifying than a clean home, a clean carpet! ZeroRez delivers! The carpets were cleaned and finally comfortable to walk on with bare feet.

I experience was a very good one the young man that came to clean the carpet was experience and took care with his work. I would definitely recommend this company for any of my floor cleaning issue.

The service was wonderful and the carpet looks great but the charge is too high for the room and hallway that was done. In the room there was a 9 ft entertainment center with a 6 ft sofa that wasn't moved and was cleaned around. They charged $2 per foot for a 15 foot hallway. They should have considered the 13 feet that was cleaned around in the room to the 15 feet of hallway and charged less. We were not expecting the hallway to be totally free but the charge to be less than what was charged. All in all the carpet looks wonderful and the service was great.

They did not look like they were cleaned. So I guess even though soap makes them crunchy there is something to be said about using soap instead of just water. Guy that cleaned the carpets had no personality & appeared he either doesn't like his job or maybe just having a bad day
Cleans carpets well. Dries quickly with no crunchy carpet feel. Technicians are always courteous and respectful.

We have had our carpets cleaned 3 times by Zerorez and every time I have been extremely pleased. The technicians are polite, on time and do a great job.
I have had other companies clean my carpets and they never looked as good as since Zerorez starting cleaning them. With NO residue, my carpets stay cleaner so much longer.
I will ALWAYS have Zerorez clean my carpets.
Was a little disappointed that one stain (smear) on club chair was not removed. However, stain on opposite side was removed.
Thought stain in bedroom entry was gone, however after dried, its back. Not as bad though.
Apologize that I don’t recall the name of the guy that did the work, but he was very pleasant and professional.

Quick and waterless. No excessive water, the drying process is vey quick!
Had a black light done on all the carpet bc the people who own the house had 2 dogs and a cat. No stains were detected. The cost was more than I had initially been told. But it’s done and it’s out the way. Next time, I’m going to measure the actual square footage and see if the price changes cause something about that cost just didn’t set well with me. I would use them again though. Worked fast, I know some say they spend 20 mins on a room, but I think he only used 10 for all 3 bedrooms and the tile floor and sealing grout is what took the longest.

Didn’t look as good as usual not happy with servicemen, He seemed to have a nagative attitude from the time of his arrival. Left spots all over the tile, we had to mop the floors when he left. Have been a loyal customer for the past three times but no more.
