Appreciated being contacted 2 days before the appointment and also 15 minutes prior to the tech arrival. Jacob (tech) was polite, friendly, engaging and answered all our questions. Zerorez did a much better job than a prior company used. Considering how dirty the kitchen grout was it looks alot better. There are a few grout lines that are not as clean as the rest but it was hard to notice when reviewing due to the grout still being wet. Over all, I would recommend Zerorez
Rachel did an incredible job cleaning my tile and grout. She worked very hard and took extra time in several areas that were dirtier than the rest of the floor. She was polite, personable, prompt and very, very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have her in my home and I am looking forward to requesting her when I decide to have my carpet cleaned.

Friendly technicians are on time and after having Zerorez once on tile and grout and twice now for carpets I still can't believe you can get these things so clean with just powerized water!!!

My sofa looks the same as it did before cleaning. I would have appreciated advice before trying that it was not cleanable. Pretty much a waster of $145.
Appointment procedure was quick and easy after I called. Tried doing it online but it wouldn’t accept my email address. Process of cleaning the tile and grout was quick. Excellent job and very pleased with results. Payment process was easy. Extremely satisfied with job.

We received fast and friendly service and completely clean tile and carpets. You could walk on the carpets barefoot and they were very soft once dry. We will always use your company-no complaints!
