The service was awesome Colton R was able to answer all my questions about flooring and services available. He explained the benefit of a protectant so I did it in my main room~ very professional and accommodating to pet transition from room to room during service.

My Tech was Brian who seemed friendly. He wanted to make sure to take a few moments to listen about any specific requests from me as a customer. I was pleased with his experience and expertise and I feel he did very well to clean our carpet. We had a few worn areas that appeared damaged but it seems that they look clean and revived. Thank you. I am very pleased with Brian and the technology.

My carpet was stained and it had some smelly spots but I guess I expected it to smell like it had been cleaned. It definitely looked better and I realize that some of the staining wouldn't come up. I just figured with the "bacteria" from my cat gone it would smell better. The tile was great, cleaned beautifully.

The service tech was prompt and very courteous. the two rooms we wanted cleaned were just a little over the 250 sq ft rule, so we purchased a four room package. Our carpet is old, so I wasn't sure how clean they would come. He did a very nice job with what he had to work with.

I was not happy at all with the results, the tile came out worst than what we started with. I understand the grout is very light but I thought it would at least clean up a bit. I got quoted one price and ended up being $200 more than what I got quoted. For the results I got I think I paid way to much. The Technician was very nice but I would not use this company again.

I liked the fact the technician was available earlier than my appointment and the process took about an hour. All areas cleaned look great. There were a couple spots on the wood floor around area rug that water needed to be wiped up and perhaps water that had dried up leaving smudges on the wood floor.
