The service tech was on time, friendly and professional. I love that zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals and soaps like the other companies, especially since I have a dog and a young child. Once he was done cleaning our carpet, it looked and felt better than it has in years! I'm definitely going to be using Zerorez again in the future.
Great customer service, on the phone and in person. The technician that did my loveseat(Chris) was personable and professional. He did a excellent job. I had my carpets done in August and inherited a loveseat from a family member. I remembered that after getting my carpet done your company also did upholstered items, so I called back.

The cleaner warned me ahead of time that because of the age of the tile (10 years) that the dark grout may not lighten up, despite not having any knowledge if it has even been cleaned before. This did not quite align with the personal reviews I've had from friends and online. Now instead of having all dark lines that were somewhat uniform, it is now streaks of dark and light that makes the dirt much more apparent than before... He said that was the best the machines could do and was in and out of my house in 20 minutes for a 2-hour appointment I cleared from my day to be home.
I borrowed a 3000psi pressure washer from a friend. I took before and after pictures of a small area I wanted to test using the 40-degree nozzle. The dirt came right up that was left behind by the Zerorez cleaner without an issue and looks way better than before. I may have misunderstood, but I thought he mentioned the tool goes up to 8000psi, so how is it that a 3000psi machine using the widest nozzle able to clean more efficiently?
How to make things right: Could I request another cleaning by a more seasoned cleaner? Unfortunately, I will be moving in tomorrow, so I will have to find a place to store all of my belongings for another service.
I'm trying to tell you, but get cut off half way through. The young man (I think name Jason) was great following your directions. The lady who took my order was listening to someone else at the same time and didn't get what I was trying to tell her.
The job Zerorez did on my tile and carpet exceeded my expectations. They were quick, clean, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Cleaned the tile and grout. Tile is 2 yrs old. Tech said he couldn't get his machine to get it clean. I paid for a service and nothing is satisfactory about it. I can get the dirt out with a wash rag and water, but a high powered machine cant clean it? It seems to be laziness or lack of quality.

They worked us in on short notice to take advantage of the special price. We were very happy with the service and our tile floors have never been so clean!
I like the fact that the products are chemical free.
The areas in which I was told had pet urine and needed the deeper cleaning on them I don't feel was worth it. We just bought a new home, had the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Our dogs came in and peed right where the additional "deep cleaning" was done. I would like to be refunded for the "Biological Treatment" I dont feel what I paid for was worth it.
