ZeroRez is a great company for Cleaning your Floors. We had our Tile done this time and had about 1400 sq.ft of tile cleaned after 18 years of Arizona Dust. I wish I had taken a before and after because it was Beautiful when it was done. I wore a pair of white socks around the next day and they did not show dirt. Very happy, we have a Grandson that is crawling around a lot and wanted our floors to be clean for him. And us of course!! Very reasonable price for a lot of dirty grout and Jeff was here for about an hour. We are in Cave Creek on a golf course and it gets very dusty here! The first time you came in the technician did AMAZING! This time the guy really rushed and he didn't even have that much to clean because he only had to do the traffic areas. On the floor he missed a lot of spots. My 65 year old father was bending down to clean the areas he didn't clean. I'm disappointed with this last service. :(

Excellent results, excellent service, thanks. Our house is only 3 years old and there are just two of us and one BIG dog. We live on a hillside in the desert north of Phoenix and there is a lot of dirt everywhere. My daughter has used your company for years so we called. The house is all tile floors, no carpet and the results were wonderful. Our service tech, J.D., (Jon Drew Calderon) was wonderful. He was personable, professional and efficient and did a great job. The feeling of my carpet afterward is nice and soft like it's supposed to be, not crunchy and residue laden.
It was don timely. The associate was knowledgeable and was able to give me tips on caring for my tile in between cleanings .
The cleaning process was good, very nice friendly technician. The floor in the area where he worked was a mess. There was a white residue that required a couple of cleanings.

Hired your company to clean my tile. The tile itself was fine, I was looking for the grout to be cleaned. AFTER paying $200 for the cleaning and finding the grout looking the same as before, I was told the grout is just stained and nothing they can do about it. Your advertising states tile and grout cleaning. It doesn't state anything making excuses for not being able to get the job done. I wasted $200.
