What our clients think of us!

The guys actually showed up a little early and got right to work. AWESOME JOB! Our old tile and grout look like new! Thanks ZEROREZ!

No chemicals

Called and asked if they could come 30 min early which was a plus for me, did not have to sit around and wait . Ernest wore a mask, was polite and got straight to work.

The technician was on time, police, nice, and didn't try to sell me additional products or services. :-)

Very thorough. Attention to detail. Very clean.

What I like about Zerorez products and services are the way my carpet looks, as well as the kindness of the technician.

They came out on time as promised with great communication.
The tech was good to speak with directly with regarding what I hoped for and I felt respected
Following up I noticed the tech was taking notice and helping with the specific situations as I asked for.
There was none of the petty haggling I've had before and the tech went the extra bit to get results for me.
The carpet was not wet or smelly after. It looked great.

I wanted to say Daniel your technician was very good at communicating what he was going to do and did an exceptional job on our carpets.

Technician was very friendly and took the time to explain the various options I had to better meet my family’s needs.

Friendly and fast

Trey was extremely friendly and skilled ... the carpet look amazing...

Good service - fast and effective

I have Zerorez out once a year to clean my white carpets, usually late spring, early summer. This year I had them out to clean early as one of my cats was sick a lot at the end of her life and the carpets took some good hits. I cleaned as much as possible, but they needed professional cleaning. Jesse Baeza was my tech this time and he was just so particular that I will be calling back to request him. My carpets look, smell and feel great! Thank you

Reliable, great work and fair prices.

No residue

Service was great

I love how great my carpets look and feel! Joe did a fantastic job and got out stains I didn't think would come out! Look forward to using Zerorez again.

Online scheduling. No overwhelming carpet cleaning odors

Everything went so smoothly. From the initial phone call to schedule a commercial quote to the cleaning we could not have asked for better service. Our carpets had not been cleaned before and had many oil and grease stains from our in-house service men. I was totally surprised that the stains were able to be removed. We had 7 rooms to be cleaned and in a little less than 2 hours everything was taken care of. I would without hesitation not only recommend Zerorez. We also will be using again in the future. Also, we might add that they were considerably lower in price than a well known competitor. Guess that goes to show sometimes you can get superior service for less money.

Our technician Dylon was AWESOME! He took the time to walk each room and explain what he was going to do. So awesome that we only booked the carpets being cleaned but ended up having the tile done as well. Will definitely be using zerorez again in the future! Floors look amazing in our new home!
