The thing that sets Zerorez apart from most other floor cleaning companies is their service tech's
knowledge and care about the finished results. Rachel was the recent tech that was sent to our house and she was right on time, very courteous, and very thorough. She was concerned about the tile grout stain we used might be damaged by the cleaning process but she did a test patch and adjusted the equipment to give us a fantastic job with no damage to the colored grout stain. The empowered water they use is exclusive to Zerorez and just seems to clean better and feels better under our feet. They are the only company we call when needing our floors cleaned.
Not sure if the cleaning treatment done on the furniture pieces were successful. I need to speak to someone about that. However, the floors turned out great furniture. Thank you

So far your products have surpassed my expectations. As far as the service, our representative Eric was awesome. Eric understands the meaning of customer service and treated me, my wife, and my children with the upmost respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Thank you for everything.
The technician was polite and friendly but I didnt feel the tile and grout was cleaned well. The results werent much different from when I use a mop. I will be getting some grout cleaner and try a couple places along with regular floor cleaner and see if in fact the tile was stained or the process just isnt what I expected. There were also a few places that had dirt that needed to be scraped with a razor and I kind of expected that it would be included in the cleaning.
This time around I was not happy after the service. In the past the carpets felt fresher and the deodorizer worked better. This time the deodorizer didn’t work at all. I’m going to have to steam clean the carpets again and use an enzyme company which means double the cost for the same outcome as before.
The carpet was crunchy this time around in most spots. And the smell has been god awful.
The technician was very nice and respectful. I just think the technique was different this time. I don’t know. I just know that I’m sad about the carpet cleaning this time and won’t be calling for a while.
My carpet looks great. The service technician was courteous & wore a mask for my protection as well as his . Great job!

Smart and professional
Zerorez cleaned tile and grout in a bathroom, an entryway and a kitchen/dining room. The tile was cleaned in all areas. In the entryway, one 12 inch strip of grout was not clean. In the bathroom, one 4 inch strip of grout was not clean. All grout was clean in the kitchen. In the dining area, ten or more 2-4 inch strips of grout were not clean. I have cleaned all areas listed above and nothing more needs to be done.

What the --- you've never charged us an out of area service fee ($20). We have some spots where the tile wasn't cleaned very well too. Not your best job...
