The carpet was very wet after cleaning and is still not 100% dry. We have a fan blowing across the carpet. Our previous cleaner was always able to remove stains - even coffee.

First off, the guy that did the service for house was great.
The problem was that my sons bedroom did not come out so good with just the power water you use. A week later we had Coit come out and they brought his carpet back to almost new (the carpet in our house is less the 3 years old). The tile came out amazing with Zerorez and so did the other two carpeted bedrooms that did not have much traffic or spillage. I would recommend your company to someone who has dirty tile or carpet that is not too soiled. That is why I gave a 5 rating.
Had tile cleaned in two bathroos. Did not mean well along baseboard and stool. Had puddles in several areas.
Joe did a terrific job! He explained the process thoroughly and he made are flooring look great again!
My tile looks great, however I wasn't pleased with my carpet. The carpet cleaning left a HORRIBLE mildew smell for days after the cleaning. Not too pleased about that.
I've used Zerorez in the past and my carpets were left very clean and soft. This appointment was disappointing. The carpet is clean but some areas feel crunchy underneath my feet.
