The carpet looks great. It took about 30-45 minutes for my apartment. Very good price.

Your employee was very friendly and upfront about any issues that may occur do to previous pets in house. Gave an accurate quote of the hallway and was able to add in a couple of other rooms that I had forgotten about in the original quote. The revised quote was fine. Also the work was completed in a timely manner and the carpets look so much better than they did before he showed up. Will definitely refer Zerorez to others.

I like that there were no chemicals used. My floors look great! Friendly service and they made sure I was completely satisfied with the cleaning job when it was done. Highly recommended!!
After purchasing 2 topical treatments, and 2 biological treatments, there is now a strong pet odor that feels my house. The pet stains did not lift from the carpet after application of the treatments. For paying $380 for service, I wish there were better results. I was excited to get the carpets clean after hearing advertising on the radio.
Walk in with booties covering the shoes. Keep the house door ajar to help A/C. Pick up the black lints left behind on parts of the carpet before leaving.
Everything about this company is great. USE THEM. Trust me!
I keep finding dirty water spots that splashed up on the walls and doors. Also, the edges of my baseboards are all banged up. They only covered the major corners with those white things but all the other smaller edges are banged up.

We love how clean they are able to get our tile and carpet. The customer service is fantastic as well. They have a 30 day guarantee so if there’s something you’re not completely satisfied with, they will take care of it.

Clean and easy
Take more time on the tile. Certain areas came clean and some didn’t but if more time was spent on those areas I believe they would have come clean. Especially for the amount of money spent.
The crew was very professional. Setting up the appointment was very easy, and we were given a time window. The crew showed up, scanned the rooms and did the work. They were very careful to avoid furniture we could not move and still get complete coverage. We would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Services are reasonably priced competitive, having our carpet cleaned throughly is very important as well as experienced technicians.
The technician, Evan, was very conscientious and thorough. He was also very respectful and personable. He's an asset to his company.
I'm very displeased, though, that although I made it very clear upon scheduling that I specifically wanted them to send Evan (I've had him do our floors before), they sent a different technician at first. The other tech said that Evan was still busy on another job. I refused the other technician and sent him away. Shortly after that, Evan arrived and once again did an amazing job on our floors. This is not the only instance of Zerorez's schedulers trying to pull a switch on a customer. My daughter's friend scheduled her floors to be cleaned with them, specifically requested Evan, and took the day off for the service. They sent a different tech to do her floors. She did not turn him away; however she was so angry that she left a 0 out of 10 score here on Listen360. Her technician did not do a poor job, but they did not send Evan, as she'd requested.
Zerorez seems to have a policy of substituting techs; but this is not a good policy. They should be more sensitive to their customers' requests.
