Carpeting was «  crunchy ». In one room, carpeting was lifted. Even after vacuuming, lines and marks remain.
When workers arrived, they apparently did not go through proper gate access. When they brought in hoses they dragged them across the yard rather than up driveway and sidewalk.
Overall, carpeting looks clean so we are pleased about that. I wasn’t here so am taking notes from my husband so cannot comment on anything else.

Our cleaning expert was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of our furniture. We had a wonderful experience.

Technician had to wait for me a bit as he came early. I was not able to move up the appointment. I was not home. Associate was cordial and fair with work for 3 rooms of floor cleaning. He also cleaned our couch. I moved the couch for cleaning purposes. He then cleaned the floor underneath.

I tipped the man when he was ready to leave. After he left I was disappointed to see he did not do the floor behind the couch. (ie couch was moved forward for adequate cleaning). There was room to do that. Not sure why he did not.

Nice man but in hindsight the man who cleaned our previous home was much more engaged, and provided more insight re: the service. Upon my request this man looked around and spoke to what we could expect if we clean other rooms in the future. That was helpful.

I am thrilled the couch is clean (only a year old but cream). The floors don't look any different however, they are dark. Glad they are clean. Trust the work was thorough. Thanks

Technician was very nice but did not seem to be aware of what travertine tile was and that it might require different care/treatment than standard ceramic/porcelain tile. That said, I did allow him to clean my travertine, but for $150, I would have expected my tiny shower to be cleaner. I will likely go with a company that focuses more on tile (and is aware of the differences between ceramic/porcelain and natural tile) next time.

The gentleman that came to my house was great! Didn't try to over sell me, but sold me. He recommended to do the seal on the grout, and I did. He was great!!

My carpet looks brand new! You would never know there were stains and little kids messes all over it. Great job zerorez!!

? I don't know how the process works but one room has a flat look again. Perhaps it is the quality of the carpet? But I wish it looked better.
