I appreciated the 30 minute warning before he arrived and that he was here right on time. My carpet looks and smells so much better with no crunchy, chemical feel to it! I wish I would have called sooner and will definitely use again!

There are a few spots where the tile grout was not clean. You might always offer to leave a small amount of your cleaner with the customer to do touch ups.

Water presence disappears in a day, and the ripples in the carpet disappear in a couple of days.
Exceptional cleaning results, compared with companies like Stanley Steamer.

10 STARS, BABY!

Everything was great from start to finish! I loved the simplicity of ordering via the website.

The guys that came were very trustworthy and nice and did a great job.

Just one suggestion - it would be great to provide a hand-out "post-cleaning instructions" piece of collateral (like no barefeet or shoes on the rugs for 24 hours - socks are best, etc).

You can even use the back to promote your other services and explain the ZeroRez water procedure.

I'm a local Ahwatukee Realtor and have several rental properties as well. I'll be recommending ZeroRez to all my clients moving forward.
