Honestly, Quentin worked really hard. But, I expected my shower floor to look a whole lot better than it did....when I mentioned this to Quentin he went back to try to make it look better. He explained that there is some hard stains imbedded in the tile. He said he used your most powerful cleaner ( an acid wash). I believe him.
Quentin was respectful and hard working. But I’m not sure I’ll get my tile cleaned by ez Rez again. I was disappointed to have spent so much money with no real visible results.

No chemicals to speak of...

I was frustrated that the tools used were so big and could not fit in all the spaces. For example under the cabinets, any type of corner. They we spots that show the black dirty mess next to the now cleaned areas and it looks horrible.

Tile and grout look so clean. Technician was very polite and friendly and did a fabulous job.
