The gentleman who was here did a very good job and worked with my restrictions on the distance it was to get into my house. It does not face the stret.
The technician got almost all of the stains off of the carpet. It was really stained and dirty. I wasn't there, but they said he did a really good job.

Stop upselling during the visit. Stop overcharging for area rugs. Really? What's the ACTUAL difference in labor and cost between cleaning an inexpensive wool rug and synthetic. I felt uncomfortable and taken.

Customer Service and quality of work
This is our first experience with tile cleaning and I understand that it can only clean as much as it can get clean. I was just expecting the grout to be cleaner. The tile wasn't the dirtiest I'm sure but some areas seemed like it should have been cleaner. As far as walking on it barefoot it felt very clean on our feet. It is way better than it was but I will go back with my cleaner and get the areas that I'm not satisfied with.
I waited a little bit to leave this review to see what my carpets would do in the month after cleaning. While it was very easy and convenient to schedule an appointment, and the tech was friendly and seemed to do an ok job, stains have already started resurfacing just after a month. I’ve had my carpets cleaned in this house 2 previous times by a different company and it took months for some of the stubborn stains to resurface. Some of them were gone for good. Personally I won’t be using your services again.

I’ve had them out twice, once for the carpets and again to clean the grout. My house is clean and beautiful. I’m definitely using them in the future!!
The young man that did the cleaning was very polite. He went right to work after seeing what was to be cleaned and we feel he did a good job. The carpet is nice and soft and looks good. There was one spot he had to work hard on and it came out way better than we thought it ever would. There is no odor left either.
I like that there is little to no chemicals used with your company so my home doesn’t smell like cleaning products when you leave. Your technicians have always been on time and efficient when working. Trey did a great job cleaning my carpet and tile on the same appointment.
The person that did my carpet cleaning was very careful in moving hoses and equipment so nothing was damaged. He was detail oriented, took his time and worked very hard. Total quality experience.

Have used Zerorez for a few years and love the results. They do a really great job on my tile and carpet. I am really impressed how clean my grout looks.

For the money I paid, I expected th showers to be cleaned. There was really no attention to detail in the door tracks or the buildup around the tracts. The floors were nicely done however the showers were a complete waste of money. In showers it's all about the corners and detail. (This is not a complaint about the glass cleaning)

Timely & good results
My carpets felt like they were a little sticky and they took almost 24 hours to dry compared to the 5-6 hours quoted by the tech. Additionally, the carpet near the doorway seemed to be more saturated than the rest of the room and was still a little moist even 24 hours after.
Your rep, Chris Stevenson, did a marvelous job. He explained everything thoroughly and did excellent work. I have already recommended him to several people.
He was polite and professional.
