The person who took my request was very professional and explained how the services were priced very accurately.
The service was prompt and the young men who provided the service were outstanding. One was Travon. They also conducted themselves in a friendly but professional manner. Answered all our questions and explained what they were doing.

Carpeting cleaning services are amazing! Very disappointed in tile/grout cleaning services that we had done last week.
I have been using Zerorez for the last several years to clean our carpeting. I like their water-no-chemicals process. So I decided to have them clean our travertine tile and grout. I was a little skeptical at first, but I am so pleasantly surprised at the results. Years and years worth of dirt is gone. Yes, there are some areas that didn't clean as well, but all in all, the floors look great and almost new again. Very happy.
Your pricing is clear and fair. No surprises at the end. And our technician, Abel, was OUTSTANDING!!! Very thorough!
Don't have time for you to come back & make it right. Our company gets in tonite @ 10:00. That is the main reason we had the tile/grout cleaned. For $240.00, we still have tiles that have very dark grout. My husband was able to clean a few lines w/a toothbrush and some bleach. That's a pretty good plan, the grout is wet so naturally it is darker and the homeowner can't tell what it really looks like and the tech is down the road in a cloud of smoke. The rest of the dirty grout lines will have to stay for now, We have a few other remodeling things going on and we work all week to boot. We don't need you in here when our company is here.
So we were both disappointed to say the least. We even gave it to the next morning to make sure it was really dry. Some of them looked good, but not for that kind of money. That is why we would never recommend you to anyone.

It's amazing how clean my tile looks. I wish I had taken advantage of this service long ago. The tech, Robert was very well informed about the product he was using and explained how everything would work and showed us the difference once he started his work. Very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend this service to everyone.
We expected results especially for what we paid. Grout still dirty and so are corners and edges.
I gave a good review because of Chad. He knew I wasn’t happy with the additional charges but was polite and handled my frustration well. He did a GREAT job! He took the time needed to do a good job cleaning our flooring (tile/carpet) which was almost all day. We appreciated the time he took to do a good job.
What we were not happy about was the estimate. I had a floor plan with the exact measurements of all rooms, how many rooms and hallway measurements. I even told the person on the phone I didn’t want someone to come out and say they needed to charge more because the estimate was incorrect. That is exactly what happen. Almost $200.00 more than estimate. We needed the job done that day - so what is someone going to do?
I like the fact that NO chemicals are used. I have dogs and that is very important to me.
Its a clean product, no chemicals it what drew me in the most.
