I was disappointed by how my grout was not clean. After the cleaning was done there were many areas that were still very dark. The tech did all he can do to help. There was just many areas that he explained couldn’t get cleaned.
Our carpet cleaning today (9/22) was fantastic. Technician Chris was a friendly young man who knew what he was doing, and who wasted no time. We had all 3 of our bedrooms cleaned, and when Chris was finished - the carpets looked great. He spoke knowledgably about what he was doing, and made a good suggestion for carpet protectant in our master bedroom. Great job!

I think the process you use without all the soap that lingers behind and collects dust and dirt is a better solution. I've used Zerorez twice and the techs are polite, punctual and professional. It's easy to set an appointment and thorough follow through via text is helpful.
The price is competitive and I will continue to use Zerorez in the future as well as recommend to friends.

Be more careful with the hoses. A plant in our entry way had branches torn off by them.
There was no pressure sale to upgrade. The services were offered and then I was asked what I wanted. I have had 2 other companies clean my carpet. I was not impressed, especially Stanley Steamer. This is the cleanest this tired old carpet has been since I moved. I opted for the "deep cleaning". It was a wise choice. My carpeting is old. I will hire Zerorez again.
