I've had sed Zerorez for 24 years and have never been disappointed. They are so good! My Berber carpet looks new. I especially like the carpet protector. If there's a spill, it's easy to it it up. Spills and clean up are explained for better in home clean up results. Zerorez is my choice unconditionally!

Can’t make it right at this point but I was under the impression maybe that when you cleaned carpet it would dry faster and more water would be extracted. I had it done over 24 hours ago and some areas are still damp. The man who did it said it’d be dry in 4-6 hours, if I heard him correctly, but I did notice it was really wet all evening. Also, with other cleaners I’ve had, their machines left carpet looking like it had been deeply vacummed, but in the case of my bedrooms it was really clumped together in rows and I didn’t want it to dry like that so I raked it out. It still had darker spots on it in several walking areas and last time I got it done with another service, it really looked almost new. So, I just wasn’t impressed. I did show the man who did it all the areas that needed special attention beforehand and I assumed he treated it and tried, and maybe the carpet is just getting older, but I just found better results with another service I used. Sorry, it was worth a try based on what your website said, but I just wasn’t real happy with the results. I didn’t pay a lot so I’m willing to live with it.

He was a little shy to start, but warmed up by the end of the service. I would encourage him to be a little more friendly (animated) from the start. It will make your customers (like me) feel more comfortable.

Carpets were cleaned well. Price was reasonable. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He did put covers on his shoes when he entered our home, but then proceeded to walk outside still wearing them and then came back in the house and walked on the carpets which seemed to defeat the purpose.

Carpet looks and feels no different after cleaning, carpet was crunchy after dry, we also paid extra for spot treatment for dog urine and we can still smell it
I typically rent the Lowe’s carpet cleaner and do my self, thought we’d splurge and get professionals to clean our carpet, guess not, I’ll continue to do my self in the future

Very effective products and services!
I made our appointment online, the pricing was very vague, we ended up paying a lot more than planned. I want to know upfront how much I will be paying instead of the technician figuring that out when they get to the jobsite.
As a preface, we used Coit and Stanley Steamer for carpet cleaning in the past. I heard an ad on Fox 10. I decided to give Zerorez a try. The website was easy to manage. One suggestion is to highlight your policy on moving furniture to the order page rather than on the small print pages. Most people do not really read the terms and condition pages. The email reminders and address check is a plus.
The serviceman (can't remember his name (a business card including serviceman name and office contact number would help as well as good for referrals) called 30 minutes prior to arrival to verify address. He was polite throughout the visit. The up sales were done after a full explanation of the process and benefits. No pressure. We did add extra cleaning area and received a discounted fee. We expected this and had the rooms prepped prior to his arrival.
The carpets were all pretreated, mechanically fluffed, cleaned efficiently. The complete carpet pretreatment and mechanically fluffed service were not offer by the other companies.
The serviceman made sure all liquid spills on tile and floors were wiped. He protected all corner and stairs. He was polite and skilled.
We will use Zerorez again and tell other about our experience,
