The technician got here early like we requested. He did a great job, thorough in every room. We left the house overnight, all dry and looking great when we got home. We will use Zerorez for our carpet cleaning again next year.

I have been using Zerorez for eleven years for my carpet cleaning. I love that there are no chemicals used in there service and that our carpets stay clean for a longer period of time.
I had 2 small bedrooms and only had the traffic areas done and an 8 X 10 area rug done. was charged 234.00 when you had a special for 3 rooms at 119.00 Do not understand why I couldn't have received that price. I was satisfied with the work but not the up charge . A refund down to the 119.00 would make things right
I think it’s a quality carpet cleaning job but $423 for an hour of cleaning is too expensive and around the same quality as the last time we cleaned for $250; was really shocking at the price was hoping to get some money back
Recently had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez. Impressed by their followup as to date and time of arrival. The tech showed up on the earlier side of his time line, which worked great for me. Was careful laying out corner wall protectors. It took an hour and when he was done the carpets looked new. Drying time on my thicker carpet took an extra day, but it wasn't a problem. The tech was friendly and professional. I will be using Zerorez again.
