The two gentlemen who came for my carpet cleaning were professional, kind, and VERY fast. They explained all of my options to me without being pushy, and did a great job educating me on what the different treatment options would result in. Would definitely recommend!

The pet stain pretreatment did a good job of cleaning up our many problem areas. I liked that the carpets were sprayed everywhere with a second treatment and agitated to really work the fluid into the fibers. Vacuuming up the moisture left the carpets looking great, without any noticeable smell. I appreciated that my technician wiped up the tile where it met the carpet. He was polite and respectful, and shut the door behind himself so my cat wouldn't get out. Very professional!

Carpet cleaning was odor free, and very fast drying.. tech was knowledgeable, careful, and friendly.. would definitely recommend Zerorez 12 year old carpets looking almost new.

Still have dark spots on carpet Service was efficient and pleasant but could not remove spots on 3 year old carpet. Only dirt not any chemicals, urine, etc.
