We are extremely happy with Zero Rez. They performed a miracle on cleaning our carpet where our dog had been sick. It looks like new. We have used Zero Rez several times in the past. The carpet cleaning brought the clean back to my carpets.
The air vent guys were great. On the carpet cleaning side, Dodger was nice, but the work... Not so nice. We've used you guys a bunch. The best times were with that one lady who we were able to request over and over, she was superb. The last time was not good, and this time was not any better. We just keep rolling the dice each time we request carpet cleaning. The carpets were wet when Dodger left, understandable in all fairness, but they still had wet spots this morning. With bare feet, the carpet feels soapy, waxy, as if there is still something on it. It actually feels gross and I'm sorry to say that because Dodger was nice. It looked like he applied the water/soap heavily but did not suck up enough of it, and now we have these greasy feeling carpets that our kids are playing on. If you can fix this, send a very experienced tech to re-do, that would be great. If not, we need to find a new service.
Your tech was the best of the best! Niko handled my issues with greatness.

Our Tech, Gordon, advised us that even with the special treatment, 2 pet stairs "could" return. but his confidence encouraged us to go ahead with treatment.
Well - not only did they return a day later - they are at least twice the size they were before being treated. That was not explained to us at all.
The room looks worse than it ever did and it's the first room that guests see. While the remaining carpet cleaning is lovely, we are disappointed and saddened by the return of the pet stains - now double their former size and visibility.

I told the lady who my appointment, that I had dog pee stain I needing treated. She told me it would $99.00. BUT when the tech got there and looked at the the room he quoted $395.00 for one room! There was only 3 small stains!! If would have told there would be a 400% increase for pee stains. I would have call someone else. He was only there for 15-20 minutes There was no deodorizing, no fresh smell, nothing.I'm sadly disappointed. The carport DOES NOT look or smell like it was cleaned.

He did a good job inside but on my front porch he left stains. I have tried to scrub them and they faded a bit but still there. Not happy about the stains right when someone walks to my front door.

Fast easy service. Very respectful of property
The lack of customer service has been very disappointing, as I have been very satisfied with the cleaning itself. However, during the last cleaning on 3/28/26, I was overcharged by one room and the technician was not able to resolve, I assuming because he had already prepped the invoiced. When I contacted your office on 3/28/26, I was advised that someone would return my call and no one did. I followed up on 4/2/26, and was advised that a manager would investigate and call me back. To this day, I still have not received a callback.
The lack of follow through is troubling.
