What our clients think of us!

No soap residue. All carpets always come out clean. Technician is always thorough. A thorough walk-through before and after cleaning.. they make sure always that we are overly pleased with their work!

Technician was on time to start the cleaning process. He walked over the job and ask if we had any questions then he got to work. When the job was complete every room was cleaned and we could tell how clean the carpet was.

Your tech, Andrew, was wonderful! He showed real interest in my vintage rugs and recommended that I get the special "rug bath" treatment for them. I was very impressed that such a young man would show such interest and concern. You are lucky to have him.

P.S. I LOVE your company. Every transaction I have ever had with you has been positive and enjoyable. I recommend you to everyone I know who is looking to have rugs or floors cleaned.

My Techniciaan was Jacob. He was on time, professional and went above and beyond answering my questions, explained the work completed, reviewed the costs, and even made positive recommendations for future services my family could utilize.

Job time was fine, product used clean and fresh with no uncomfortable odors as well. This is important for small children and pets.

I shall be recommending Zerorez to friends, family and clients.

Jordan did a great job, he was very nice to my 93-year-old mother and did a great job on her carpets! I would highly recommend Zero Rez!

The service professional did a good job and was good to work with.

The service under my name was for a carpet cleaning at my mother's place. I was not there when the cleaning took place, but my mother was very impressed with the technician as well as the final result. She will continue to use Zerorez for all of her future carpet cleaning needs.

The guy that came out was so good he was helpful and really took his time. I will refer him again

Anthony took the time to listen to all of my requests, and was friendly and professional the entire time. I had a carpeted room that had been soiled by my daughter’s cat, and it turned out amazing. My tile floors look like new. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends, as they were able to book me quickly before I had company coming to stay.
