Friendly technician and very good results!
Our technician Niko was great! He got our 5th wheel carpet very clean and even got a dark spot completely out. He was very respectful and professional. I really like how quickly the carpets dry. I would definitely use zerorez again and refer to my friends and family.
I've used you guys twice. Both times the tech was fast, very professional, kept it clean, protected the corners, wore shoe covers, really couldn't ask for anymore. They both did a great job. Will use you guys again for maintenance.

The service gentleman wanted to clean my wool floor rug on my solid wood plank floors. I said no and we cleaned it on the clean garage floor. Paid $ $140 for two small chairs and $140 for the rug. Total cleaning time 15 minutes for both products. Receipt has not arrived for payment. I was advised by service gentleman. I'm going to have to contact another number to obtain it. Feel it was overpriced for the service.
I've been using zerorez for almost 7 years at the same address. Why do I always have to tell the office person taking my order that I have a gate code and for them to put it on the new order? Can't they see the address is the same? Can't your system keep the same gate code from before? And then when I do tell the office my gate code, half the time it's not on the Technician's order.
Also, the technicians are in consistent. Why did this March 2026 technician's cleaning leave our sectional looking better than the last technician did? The last technician said some parts of the sectional could not get any cleaner than he got them, then a year later the March 2026 technician gets out spots the last guy said would never come out. Does this current guy have some sort of secret formula the previous guy didn't have?
Some guys use the lifters, some don't. When I asked one guy about using the lifters on our rugs, he said he couldn't use the lifter on rugs which we move and clean out on the front driveway, but the last two technicians didn't have an issue using the lifter on the rugs.
Rob was a great tech. He was able to get spots up from the stairs and the stairs look so nice now as does the rest of the rooms he cleaned. He was delayed but he called to inform me of such and he still came and did the work. Very happyy with Zerorez.
No chemical odors. Did a good job. Very impressed by your employee Zi. He explained the whole process as tnis was the first time I used your company.
Effective and efficient
Our tech was fantastic and very thorough. She took her time and it made a huge difference. We already booked our next service, and I hope we get her again!
Luis provided outstanding service — friendly, professional, and highly effective at removing tough pet stains and odors. He offered knowledgeable, honest recommendations to prevent the stains from resurfacing, without any pushy sales tactics. His punctuality and efficient work ethic made the entire experience seamless and impressive.
We like this company they way they service the customers, they clean thoroughly and are careful of the surroundings leave everything neat etc. The company keeps in touch with us all along the way.
Shaun our service man was very accomadating to my Mom, who is 104, he made sure she was aware to be careful while walking with her walker. He called 30min before arriving and explained how the process would work.

The service tech was an amazingly articulate young man. He obviously knew his business and enjoyed doing the work. When I use Zerorez again, I hope I can get the same young man.
Price was competitive and service was prompt. The techinician was very personable and explained everything very well.
