Customer service is great! Initially, a newer technician who just finished training came to do the job. He was so nice and helpful and really took his time, but I called afterward about there still being some stains on our white chairs. They sent a senior tech (Isaac) to check it out and he did the entire job over again. He was so thorough and got our couch and all our white chairs back to looking brand new! Highly recommend!!

Joshua was on time after advising of his arrival time. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to provide pricing and add a detached closet. He handled heavy trafficked very well, leaving an evenly clean result. In the amount of time he estimated at start. The office assistant was pleasant and provided excellent service. Overall reliable product.
There was an incident regarding my appointment. My appointment was between two and five. The driver arrived at 5 PM. But he left at 5:06 my driveway without a word to be. I did receive a text approximately 20 minutes later. Explained he had left some equipment at his last job. He offered to come back still that evening if I liked. I told him pleased to have a manager. Call me in the next day. His name was T. He came back to my house at 6:30 PM to apologize. Very nice young man. Very respectful and apologetic. We chatted and I said I would try to get him back the next morning. I received a call that morning around 9:30 which was Tuesday. The dispatch informed me I had been rescheduled till Wednesday between eight and 12. I was trying to explain her. I had some health issues. First thing in the morning at 8 AM would not work for me. She was very abrupt and for the line rude. Explaining to me what it’s either eight or it’s 2 to 5. I need to choose which one I wanted. I don’t have a manager. Call me. I went ahead and booked for the 8:00 AM. I did finally receive a call from a manager, but it was late in the afternoon and I missed a call. The next day around 9:30 Quinn came to clean the carpets. He did a very good job. Was very professional and respectful again. I applaud the two gentlemen that were actually carpet cleaners. But I was extremely disappointed by the dispatcher and the lack of interest to call me by the managers. I do not know if I’ll use them again in the future.
