Days later my carpets turned brown and smell like fish. When I used the process in the past they only used their water. This time there was solution sprayed then a small evidently dirty shampooer was used then the water. Wont use them again as I paid 300.00 to shampoo again
The process you use is exceptional. I would recommend ZeroRez to anybody who is needing your cleaning service. I especially like that it’s residue clean. Your employees are professional, courteous, and thorough.
Stop charging $67 for a 40 sq. Ft. Area rug.
When I called you and inform her that I have 2 bedroom and living room apartment so she gave quote of $99 however when actual person came for carpet cleaning he said you have to pay $139…this is not professional service…really disappointed 😪

Also some pricing feedback, as a loyal customer, I think you should reconsider your area rug pricing. I watched the process and it doesn’t appear to be as in depth as actual rugs. I got three full rooms; it was the same cost for three smaller area rugs, which probably didn’t even equal half of one room. I would reconsider that.
We had carpets in 3 bedrooms cleaned. The techs were fast and did a reallly good job. I thought a few spots were more wet than others but they dried quickly. Our carpets look nice.
This was a good experience. The young man was courteous, professional, and thorough. My twenty plus year grout looks just like the new. Also the price was reasonable

Your service technician was fabulous. He was so polite and worked to please us. He worked diligently on getting out the blood stain that happened 3 days earlier when I fell during the night and hit my head on the nightstand. The impact was very severe and started bleeding profusely right away before my husband could help me up to the bathroom tile floor. The technician was successful in getting all the blood stain out then finish cleaning the remainder of the master bedroom carpet. He did a fantastic job and I took a picture of the results and sent to my family members who had seen the blood stains previous to the cleaning. They remarked how awesome it looked! If we need carpets cleaned in the future we would definitely use your company and would request the same technician! We are very pleased with the results! Thank You! Claudette Minnis
