Great service and knowledgeable techs
The service tax were really easy to work with and very communicative in the entire process. The end result was better than expected. They took their time and addressed all areas that needed special attention.

I was told when the team arrived to do my duct cleaning that they would use a knife and take all of my vents off. No knives were used, I watched. And a huge chunk of my wall was ripped off, not just peeled paint- it needs to be repaired with spackle. I told the lead and he said that’s why they use knives. I told him no knives were used and he said sorry they should have used them.
Products were very effective in cleaning my carpets and getting stains out and there was no odor. I highly recommend.
The time and proficiency of the job was very satisfactory and the treatment plan for pet damage on my carpets was incredibly effective and has brought me a great sense of peace. Thank you Joseph!

Easy to schedule. And when the equipment broke, he was back in under an hour. Carpet turned out really good.
Less than impressed with the service. Smelled like orange peels, which is fine, but the carpet looked exactly the same.
I was also sold the special zerorez water, over a month later I am still yet to receive that.
Just super disappointed at the overall experience, I was really hoping this was going to revitalize my carpet and it just flat out did not deliver.
When the tech explained how you all do pricing and raise and lower depending on a particular month, I was shocked. I asked him to look at what I paid at my prior service which included two rooms of tile, a hallway, a laundry room and one bedroom was the same cost as the service I received a few days ago which was only two rooms, a hallway and a laundry room and I paid close to the same amount as the previous visit. To save a bit of money, I removed the hallway and still paid over $200.00. However, I do want to say that the tech was very polite, kind and worked very hard to clean my tiled floors.

Caiden was a rockstar! Totally helped us out and got the smell of pee out of our kid’s carpet that we were desperate for. Explained the situation clearly, found all the pee and really did an incredible job.

Has air duct cleaning and I have spent an hour or more cleaning up after the crew. They left things messy and I’m not happy about it at all. I have photos showing that the mess that was left. Also the bill was incorrect on the amount for the cleaning. Had a Whole House Photocatalytic Air Purification for HVAC and it has restricted the air flow thought out my house. Very frustrating when I had to pay that amount money which was a lot and I don’t think the install was done correctly. I’m Very UNHAPPY with all this. Thanks.

My experience with Zerorez was exceptional from start to finish. The person who took my first phone call was helpful, informative, knowledgeable and helped me understand the process and exactly what to expect. The person who showed up to clean the carpets and treat them was on time, experienced, quick and very nice to work with. The carpets turned out great. I'd recommend Zerorez highly. Quality work and at a great price.
While the carpet cleaning turned out well the tile cleaning was mediocre at best. There were spots missed and for 1200 dollars I would have expected a better cleaning. I feel like a good mop would have done the same job.
