I like the absence of any chemicals or detergents. The empowered water does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. I have used them for every cleaning of my carpets in my home for the past 8 years and have never had any problems. In addition their personnel are extremely professional, neat, knowledgeable and efficient.

Ryan was very kind and professional and did a great job on the sofas, chairs and headboard, and I'm sure the rugs that he took to be cleaned are going to come out wonderfully also.
Easy to book and very nice young man came to clean our carpets. He was happy to readjust what we wanted as we had a last minute change. Very happy with the service and will book again when needed.

We, a couple in our 70’s, moved a lot of heavy furniture out of 3 rooms in the early morning before a 10 to 1 arrival time. At 12:10 they called and that our guy “never showed up to work” and they just realized it. And they needed to postpone service until the next day. That evening we had to clear everything off the bed that we had stowed there, bring back heavy night stands, move a heavy recliner that we had parked in our bathroom that blocked the shower, and set up lamps, clocks and CPap machines… etc. Then, the next morning, we had to clear everything away again.
While the carpet cleaning is excellent, this experience was highly disappointing. They did discount the service, which we appreciated, but it wasn’t worth the double hard lifting.

He was professional, worked hard and was always working to make sure I was completely satisfied with his work. It was nice to see work ethic and being proud of the work he was doing.
There were several stains still on the carper when finished. And it was left very wet. A credit would make things right.
Carpets looked great when the work was complete but what I liked the most was the quote over the phone stayed the same when the technician arrived and he didn't try to upsale me on more products, services or warranty's. Simply showed up (on - time) did a great job and didn't try to sell me more services.

Easy to schedule according to my availability. Good rates, although $80 per room to have the dirt retardant applied after cleaning is ridiculous! Came during the time frame predicted. Pleasant employee. Drying time was short.

Jeremy was very friendly, personable, and efficient. He called to see if he could come earlier than our scheduled window and it worked out great. He was able to clean a mysterious stain that we had on our carpet as well as get our high traffic areas looking good. Jeremy cleaned up after himself and our carpets look great!!
