We had to have our carpet pre treated for pet stains. And it's taking longer to dry then expected.
Everything else was great.
Tech was courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job on the stained carpets.

Michelle was very pleasant and professional. She had a very calm way about her, explaining what she was going to do and the order she was going to perform the cleaning. She recommended upgrades but was not pushy about it as some companies are and that turns me off. I like that you don't use harsh chemicals to clean the carpet and tile and it doesn't leave a sudsy after effect.

I have always liked how my carpets have turned out since using your firm. The technician that came to the house yesterday was wonderful.
Matt arrived promptly and cleaned the carpet on our stairs quickly. They look new! I recommend Zerorez and will continue to use them for all our carpet cleaning needs.

Luis did a great job and was so pleasant and professional. Our carpets look wonderful.
Not happy with the results. It took 24 hours to dry and left a crunchy feeling on the carpet.
This has not been the result on previous cleanings.

Efficiency and convenience
When the technician arrived he asked to use our bathroom & was in there for a while. We have a Safeway 1/2 mile away with public restrooms. You can’t say No, but it was uncomfortable. On a positive note he was very friendly, seemed to do a good job.
My carpet, area rugs and tile look brand new! Very happy with the quality and price.
